The ending of this season was beyond DISRESPECTFUL!! lol Like really!? I don't know how you guys were able to handle it going on break for a year before R2. I am really anxious to start the next batch of episodes. Even though I don't think this is good for my anxiety..lol

When this first aired, I was so heated! I had to wait a whole year to find out who got shot lol.

I would recommend watching at least two episodes in a row when you hop to R2. It's gonna be super confusing otherwise.

I agree with him. 2 episodes is at least needed to understand wtf happens. Oh and DO NOT watch the OP until ep i believe like 4 or so because I remember one particular scene that has MASSIVE SPOILERS. But great reaction as always and i love how the only time you smiled was when Jeremiah returned and got triggerred over Orange again xD. But yeah overall a pretty sad and tense set of episodes which only served to show how far lelouch has gone. You can tell that all of this is definitely taking a toll on him mentally. Well then again, he always had a mad side to begin with. But also Suzaku and the others are going nuts too. For lelouch, theres no going back now and that the only way to come out of this all is to win and take out britannia. He did not plan for a backup plan because this was an all or nothing fight. Ofc he did not calculate the fact V.V. will come and kidnap nunnally. And here you can see how nunnally literally means the world to him. Everything he has done was for her. Even lying to her. If nunnally was killed in this battle, no doubt lelouch would lose the will to even live anymore. That's what C.C's monologue near the end was about. How lelouch was just like any other human, someone who had a small wish: to see his sister live in a world where they were not oppressed. But such a world cannot be built on peace. She also mentioned who truly has the right to deny him such a wish. So it goes to show both sides arent right nor wrong. In war, there can be no good side. Only people who fight for something they believe in.

Honestly Lelouch using the whole I could order you to even kill all the Japanese makes sense. I mean if your going to attempt to convince someone that NO YOU WILL DO AS I SAY because EVEN if I told you to do the one thing you'd HATE to do you WILL do it. Using an extreme case as an example was a natural way of showing her this. We can't really blame him for not thinking of the chance that his Geass would evolve right at that very moment. Was just some seriously bad timing that I imagine he feels like he's been cursed for having such bad luck. Anyway just had to comment that before getting to the first episode for this upload. I feel your pain though. It sucks a LOT. T-T

I agree you should watch at least 2 episodes for R2/season 2. This will help keep the information going on manageable. If possible I would if you could do a video or something just giving us your thoughts on season 1 and maybe you can do the same for season 2 and an overall for the show. This is a great show for discussions and sharing of feelings and thoughts.
