January 2020 poll results (Patreon)

Hello patrons! Thanks to all of you who participated in this month's polls. Your input is really useful for helping me decide how I can best use my energy to create the content you wish to see. Here is a rough summary of results:

Which characters would you like to see more of?

Karl and Jordan win! I'm really happy for them. I'm going to develop more stuff about these two, so please stay tuned in the future. I kind of knew they would win.

Phonefap Guy came in second, which was a big surprise to me, as this is the first time I have seen that anyone wanted more of him. Perhaps because his situation is relatable to a wide audience. Summer guys and Colton/Cory came close behind as well. I have a few things with them in mind.

From there, Ryuta/Hikari/Kazu trail behind, along with Waiter and the others. After 4 months of animating SL0G, I welcome a little break from them :D  I do wish to come back to them sometime down the line. 

With these results in mind, expect more of the top 4 sometime withing the coming year!

What kind of animated content do you want to see?

Results for this are interesting for sure. It certainly gives me a lot of ideas. While Anal and Oral are no surprise at ranks 1 and 2, I'm really pleased that cumplay came in 3rd. After comes romance, kissing, and body worship/foreplay, which is something I had always wanted to do more of, but wasn't sure about. So expect some of the content leaning towards the loving side of sex :)

Coming at the bottom are fisting (lol) and shoes (aww), and a few other oddities. However in the middle are some interesting ones like cum inflation, tentacles, sex toys (sounds like something Kazu likes a lot). 

Though I still have to digest some of these results, it really gives me a lot of insight. I certainly won't waste time animating a subject most won't enjoy. Fisting anyone? lol... But yes, those top results do turn me on too :)

Would you like more style, or more story?

The clear winner was "I like both, and am patient to wait as long as it takes". This was a very interesting result for sure. Because you know, who watches porn for the plot? ;) I think maybe with animation it is quite different. I am glad that many of you liked Star Love Zero Gravity's format of story with sex. And The Waiter Is Really Hot is a personal favourite of mine. Yes for story!

However I will look into a schedule format for projects that may take longer than a month, and see how I can balance style and storytelling. 

Would you buy physical artwork and merchandise?

Digital media wins this one! As much as I like tangible art, I am also glad that I will not have to worry about allocating resources toward physical media, or looking up manufacturing and distributing services. 

Summary:

These polls give me guidance for the next year, and I thank you for your valuable input and comments. I will still be digesting the results as I plan my year, and who knows if there may be animation of completely new characters, or fanart in the meantime. But it's pretty clear what one of these projects should be...
