[Com] Party Essentials (Patreon)

This was a patreon request for MetalheadPKMN of their themed snivy self getting inflated with helium and used as a last-minute holiday party decoration~!

I had a lot of fun on this and it prolly shows, haha. Been doing shading and bg practice when I can squeeze in time, so I think it paid off nicely here!!
