**REAL WORLD HEADPHONE WARNINGS**  

Well....this series is already grabbing me by the heartstrings, as Lena tries to connect to the "Spearhead" Unit, but tensions are only ramping up between the unit, as they are in utter distrust of Lena and just want her to back down from trying to converse with them.  

It takes a moment of heartbreak for the strings to snap, and Lena to get a cold dose of reality and just how disconnected the group truly is...the question remains: Is this enough to make her give up? I'm thinking NO.

The staging in this anime are just incredible, idk if you noticed, but when Kaie was playing cards with Haruto, the only card she had left was a death reaper, in this anime there's a lot of symbolism, it's rly interesting. About the rat, I just think it's arbitrary, bcs Lena heard a noise so, Shin just found an excuse. And the way Lena asked for the cat's name, but not theirs lmaoaoo

+1 was going to mention that part; her natural inclination to know the cat's name over even thinking to ask the 86 was the nail in the coffin.

I am enjoying watching this with you and hearing your thoughts, seeing what you are picking up as you go. As someone said last episode in the comments, the whiteboard is going to be your friend with this anime. It is thought provoking, top notch story writing. The soundscape at the end, coming in with "Avid" at the end after her death, it just ads to the emotional impact of the moment. I am already looking forward to watching episode 4 with you next week.
