**GAME-WORTHY HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

Ohhhh, Griffith, my dude -- you are SO playing the Game of Thrones, and you are playing it WELL so far. This episode reveals that Griffith indeed has both Guts and Casca in the palm of his hand!

At least this episode also opens up the opportunity for Guts and Casca to "hopefully" expand their relationship! We're back to facing the Tudor General Adon, and things in the Midlands Court is getting more and more interesting!

There are 3 Berserk adaptations. "Berserk 1997" is considered to be the best because of its good writing. But the downside is that the animation is very outdated. It covers the "Golden Age Arc" of the manga. "Berserk memorial edition / Berserk movies" also cover the same arc as the 1997 series. The positive of this series is that it has more modern animation and action scenes are cooler. Also, it includes very important plot points that were removed in the 1997 series. The downside is that it skips most dialogue scenes and simply rushes to cover the important plot points. Writing quality is also much worse than the manga and the 1997 anime. "Berserk 2016/2017 anime" covers arcs after the 1997 series. The positives are that it is faithful to the manga and has good writing. The downside is that the animation is very ugly. This is the least popular and most hated Berserk series because of the ugly animation. But if you can get past the visuals, its actually very good. I am happy you chose to start with the 1997 anime. In my opinion, it is the best way to start the series. Reading the manga is the second step. But it would be fun to see your reaction to the other Berserk adaptations as well.

Here is the next episode preview from episode 6. "Providence may guide a man to meet one specific person. Even if such guidance eventually leads him to darkness. Man simply cannot forsake the beauty of his own chosen path. When will man learn a way to control his soul?" I really like this one because it is my own personal view on fate, but they wrote it in a very poetic way. "Man simply cannot forsake the beauty of his own chosen path." If my interpretation is correct, its saying that people will always accept the choice they were destined to make because in their view, it is the best option. The person's genes and previous life history molds them into a person who will end up accepting their preordained path.

Thank you for the information! For right now, I'm going to do the 1997 version and then the manga and after that I might do the movies to go back and review -- but I appreciate the info! :)
