**PANIC ROOM HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

We go from a sweet, domesticated episode of friendly bliss to a panic room nearly claiming Daisuke's life in ONE EPISODE, y'all! The set up and execution of this episode was REALLY well done, but while I'm happy that Haru was able to be a hero in this episode...

...we just opened up a WHOLE new case of intriguing questions, mystery, possible betrayals, and inside agents that have me questioning EVERYTHING, y'all!

The Chief of the Modern Crimes suggesting a sushi place in Ginza raises some flags not just because of how she reacts, but rather because Ginza is typically where the more high-end stores and some expensive restaurants are in Tokyo. Which becomes a bigger flag when the First Division got the nice catering, and Modern Crimes Chief told Haru to keep their lunch below ¥500 per person (only about $3.50). It definitely seems suspicious that Modern Crimes got roped into helping. Though they did get used in the first episode when they needed more hands on deck and it could be played off as something similar, considering they weren't actually given any sort of role definitely raises some questions. But you could also explain that away as being that First Division consider themselves better than Modern Crimes and would rather struggle with the workload themselves than get that division's assistance. Yes the other guy from First Division looks like Leorio from HunterXHunter. Though he's a bigger douche. Saeki Mahoro (the female cop in Modern Crimes) is a great female character. She's so down-to-earth, and seems so genuinely friendly. Romania: I thought that was Kambe for a second. And then Daisuke does appear! 🤣 I was the same as you when first watching this episode that the old guy was suspicious. Modern Crimes is truly the most laidback group within the police. I love their lackadaisical attitude, especially in contrast to how Daisuke and Haru are. And yes Kamei being unable to lift Haru is another great realistic moment. I love him but Kamei is a beanpole, and definitely doesn't seem to have the musculature to be able to lift someone of Haru's build. Definitely agree with you that FKBU is like Buddy Daddies in not being afraid to delve into darker elements. After all the moments in the last episode with Suzue's access with HEUSC being limited, and now we discover there's information that Daisuke can't access. Definitely makes you very suspicious about the Kambe company. Haru coming to the rescue 🥺 But I love them working together so well, and how quickly Haru jumped to help Daisuke. Glimpse of a uh, male masturbation aid, bottle of lube, some magazines and tissues are all that's needed to explain what exactly the janitor was using that room for 🤭 You saying "some form of boys' love helped us in this episode" made me laugh so hard. It being Cho-san's day off and yet being present at the scene definitely setting off the suspicious vibes. Whiteboard-kun makes an appearance! 🥳 This episode definitely reels you in on there being something under the surface. A lot of suspicious flags get raised. Great reaction and discussion as always! VAs for this episode: The TV reporter was voiced by Hasegawa Ikumi; i.e. the same seiyuu as Karin from Buddy Daddies. Ricardo (the security officer that killed the chef) was voiced by Ono Daisuke; i.e. the same seiyuu for Ace from Bungou Stray Dogs; Masamune from Daiya; Kinjou from Free!; Midorima from Kuroko; Sebastian from Black Butler; Nendou Riki and Midori from Saiki; and Erwin from SNK. The other First Division cop was voiced by Shinomiya Gou; i.e. the same seiyuu as Seto from Kuroko [the sleepy one on Kirisaki Dai Ichi]; and Gustav from SNK. President Alvarez was voiced by Yasumoto Hiroko; i.e. the same seiyuu as Chad from Bleach; Daigorou from MHA; Fujii from Death Parade; Takeuchi (Kaijo's coach) from Kuroko; Agni from Black Butler; Kageyama from Twittering Birds; Bill from Spy x Family; Cristophe from Yuri!!! on Ice; and Mycroft from YuuMori. He has voiced quite a diverse number of characters. And I believe that the other security guard for SP was voiced by Sakurai Tooru; i.e. Hanamaki from Haikyuu!!; one of the "side characters" on Jabberwock from Kuroko; as well as Hitoshi and Tamaki from Mob Psycho.

SO many red flags this episode FOR SURE! Thank you for the VA information, too! I can’t believe I didn’t recognize Ono Daisuke! I need to go back and re-watch now, but man, what a stack of side characters in this! @_@ Yessss, I have a feeling Whiteboard-kun may be making appearances throughout the rest of this series with the suspicious stuff like this happening all over the place! The Chief of MC is super suspicious to me at this point…I do feel bad for Haru and them getting the shaft lunch-wise at least compared to the first division, too. :/ LEORIO – thank you – the name was escaping me, but yes, the other guy from the 1st division seems pretty douchey. I do love Saeki, though! She’s so sweet! And ask and you shall receive Daisuke! 😛I do love the Modern Crimes group, and how chill they are in comparison to Daisuke and Haru – probably for the better! And yessss, the comparison to Buddy Daddies continues, not that I’m complaining, though! ;) I didn’t think we’d literally GO THERE with the janitor but here we are…time to get our minds out of the gutter, eh? SO MUCH SUSPICION with this episode…and I have a feeling this is just the start! Thank you so much for the kind words and comment! 😀

Things are heating up! Haru coming to the rescue trying to have his moment only for Daisuke to push past him cuz of the gas bomb LMAO ofc Haru had to remind Daisuke later to be thankful. Modern Crimes really are like scorned for doing nothing but then The first division never lets them do anything like you said. HEUSC is looking a little suspiscous huh.
