Xie Lian didn't deny to Pei Ming that Hua Cheng was *his* 😂 'Xiao Hua' which if we translate literally can mean Little Flower... Guzi is truly such a good son 🥺 Snow lotus is very symbolic of ying energy and therefore relates more to females. Potentially more polite name-calling from Qi Rong in comparison to dog-f*cker. Xie Lian with the basket of eggs, especially considering he's sometimes given a bunny form/ears in some fanart and official art, makes me think of the Easter rabbit visiting the Ghost City 😆 Though he'd definitely be an Easter Bunny like Hugh Jackman's from Rise of the Guardians. Honestly love getting to see Xie Lian with a bit more of a mean streak when it comes to his cousin. Makes him all the more lovable in my book. Your excitement over us getting the cover scene was hilarious. I do love that Xie Lian sees Feng Xin beat up and so his immediate response is to look for Mu Qing 🤣 Also Xie Lian being a Hua Cheng apologist 😂 Xie Lian: He's just a baby who has never done anything wrong Hua Cheng meanwhile has a Gambling Den; helped a fellow Supreme Ghost with getting retribution; challenged and beat 33 gods; slaughtered all the ghost Banyue soldiers in the Sinner's Pit in a mere moment; and received his moniker "Crimson Rain Sought Flower" for his 'visit' to Qi Rong's abode, amongst other things. Getting used to coming home to a trainwreck; it really gives you that feeling of "Ah! I'm home. All is right with the world." Xie Lian's belief regarding their kisses really makes him the poster child for why sex education is important 🤣

We surely move very fast among plot points, last week it's the violent tragedy of black water and the Shi brothers and this week suddenly it's the ghost king going all horny and the reopening of Mount. Tonglu…… PM: why don't you go ask your boyfriend aka the most feared mafia in town what's happening with his other mafia buddy? XL: what do you mean he's the most feared in town? My baby boy has done nothing wrong! (while totally ignoring all of HC's plotting and battling against the heavenly realm) JW: really, even as the CEO of gods, I would like to demand a vacation NOW. A few weeks ago in Romania's reaction: since HC and XL will be going to black water's territory will XL having flashbacks of his kiss with HC underwater and hence trigger the book cover? Everyone else: *shutting each other up from spilling the beans* HC: (finally recovered from his rut) what have we done?! XL: Nothing......just a sword fight (with our tongues being the swords), nothing to worry If only there's CCTV in Qiandeng temple...... 4 chapters next week?! WOW (quickly went to check them up) it's going to be SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD! (screaming) (running down stairs)(running laps around the yard)(more screaming)(doing cartwheels in the yard)(calming down)(starting a countdown) Thanks for the reaction as always!

Oh my GOSH, he didn’t deny it, did he?! OOOOOHHHH – I’m sure Pei Ming is now going to be ALL over it! You know, when we don’t have a possible Supreme Ghost to worry about! And awwww Xiao Hua meaning Little Flower seems so fitting! **COUGHCOUGH** Get it, Xie Lian! I feel for Guzi, having to deal with his dad with Qi Rong inside him. -_- And QR addressing XL as the “feminine flower” in the relationship…man, QR and PM may have something in common in starting the story’s HuaLian…fan club? Is it a fan club?! Hahaha! That is SO CUTE to think of Xie Lian as the Easter Bunny, handing out eggs in Ghost City! OMG! That’s adorable! <3 I love it! And Xie Lian getting onto Qi Rong is so relatable – we all have that one family member we want to be that way with! 😛 Or at least thought about it! I kept wondering if the cover was just going to be a reference, so I’m happy we actually get it in this chapter set! :) And I mean, sure Hua Cheng has shown he’s “scary,” but he’s not thaaaaaaaaaaaaat bad, right? 😛 He’s just drawn that way. And of course XL thought of Mu Qing with Feng Xin…who ELSE would he get into a fight with? 😛 Xie Lian is really a testament to why sex education is important! Hahaha! Oh yeah, MXTX doesn’t have time to mess around with all this, does she?! It’s just one roller coaster to the next! I love that XL is still so assured that HC hasn’t done wrong, when the rest of the world is like, “Wait, WHAT?!” 😛 I’m so glad y’all haven’t spilled the beans! I don’t want people hyping up future chapters too much (it takes away from the surprise because it creates expectations that there will be things to get hyped about and then I get let down if it doesn’t meet my own expectations) but I am excited to do four chapters next week! 🙂 MXTX has given us death, gore, intensity, and the most romance in a volume so far – what more can I expect?!
