**IT'S FRIDAY I'M IN LOVE HEADPHONE WARNING**  

WELL, we start out meeting Karl, who I REALLY love as a character so far - humble, driven, and with a friendly personality...just not the best Latin reading skills. Him and Lotte seemed on just a casual mystery to uncover the identity of the "Thursday Boy," a title with maybe more ominous qualities than it originally seems.  

And just LOOK who shows up again? This series is taking us on a RIDE, y'all, and I am already anticipating next week!

How nice, Nina and Tenma have been going through hell and back looking for Johann, Lunge and Eva are getting lost in obsession, Neo-nazis and other criminal elements are tripping over each other for the privilege of worshiping Johann, and in the meantime he's just been chilling going to school and working for an older guy. It reminds me of the Psycho Helmet Cult & Mob situation, I know it's an odd comparison but I find it funny. In my head that makes General Wolf into Mezato & The Baby into Dimple. I don't know if the show was intentionally referencing the nursery rhryme: Monday’s child is fair of face, Tuesday’s child is full of grace, Wednesday’s child is full of woe, Thursday's child has far to go, Friday's child is loving and giving, Saturday’s child works hard for his living, And the child that is born on the Sabbath day Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay; If it was then it must have been ironic because Thursday's child definitely didn't have far to go. And since you asked I tried to look it up, the actor who plays Karl is Tomokazu Seki, he's had long list of roles, so it's hard to say which one it might be reminding you of. For me it would be Toji from Eva, but at least to my non-japanese ears, he's more well spoken here but he's got that down to earth and earnest voice about him. But he's got a lot of other roles so its hard to say.

If you had made any comparison with Johan, I would never in a thousand years expected MOB from MP100, but crazy enough...that...kind of works. What is happening!? The Baby as Dimple...*shudders* And oooooh, INTERESTING that Thursday's child "had to go" whereas Karl is the graceful one. Hm. And then there's Johan. HM. That is fascinating! TOJI from EVA! Interesting! That could be it -- he has a very smooth and familiar voice, which I love. Thank you for that information and the comment! :D
