**FANGIRLING HEADPHONE WARNINGS**  

Oh friends, the WAYS in which I fangirled during this episode! While I hate that this anime has concluded, this series finale was RIGHT up my ally! The SherLiam ship has SAILED and I couldn't be happier, and all the threads tie together in one blaze of a glory at its conclusion!   

I'm going to have a Livestream the weekend after this episode airs on YouTube to talk more about the series as a whole, and then I'll be slowly but surely reading the manga and make a "Soapbox" video about it later on this spring/summer. In the meantime, I can't wait to talk to you about this finale -- because it was WONDERFUL!

Omg, when I watched this episode for the first time I literally cried my eyes out EVEN THOUGH THE FINAL SCENES ARE NOT NEARLY AS GOOD AS THE ONES IN MANGA! I was really angry at the animators for excluding the scene with Sherlock saying “I finally caught you” during the fall, and other beautiful fillers, but… yeah, we can’t help it anyway. Damn you, studio, for cockblocking us like that! I’m very glad that you’re reading the manga afterwards (and hopefully watch two upcoming OVAs!). It will help you see more of other characters, Sherliam bonding moments behind the scenes, and what ACTUALLY happened after the fall (yes, also a honeymoon trip abroad, but the canon version of it :D). So beautiful The whole bridge scene was amazing. When William looked at his hand and the tiny hope he felt vanished.. he looked back up with such a dead look in his eyes and stepped back 😭 When he called Sherlock ‘Sherly’ THAT WAS SO SOFT HIS VOICE AND EVERYTHING then when Sherlock jumped after him and held him protectively on the back of his head I CANT HANDLE ITTTT

First of all … *clears throat* THAT BRIDGE SCENE AHHHHH SOBEAITIFUL AND ROMANTIC THERE IS NO HETEROSEXUAL EXPLANATION FOR ANY OF THIS NONSENSE Right moving on 😄 I watched this anime last year and even though I really enjoyed I was looking forward to reading the manga as I heard that they cut a good amount out. And I’m soo happy that I did because the story and art is amazing. It’s a much better story in its original format and even though I had a really good time with the anime while I was watching it I can’t help and look back on the anime and think that they could have done soo much more with it. I went into the story wanting a lot of the Moriarty Crew and sadly alot of their stuff in particular was cut. Now hope you enjoy the manga! And one more time *clears throat* SHERLIAM WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME ?!?! YOU WONDERFUL MURDER COUPLE “I FINALLY CAUGHT YOU” 😭

Liam wanted to be caught, and that's exactly what happened....... lmaooo the romance in this story is better than some other romance-centered stories XD The way sherlock held his head as they were falling, there's no way any of that can be interpreted as platonic...

RIGHT?! There is no way anyone will convince me SherLiam is not a canon couple in this series, especially after the way Sherlock held Liam during “the fall,” and Liam’s smile at the end?! Seriously, I was not expecting the romance from this series, but we got it! Thank you for the comment!!

Oohhhh, y’all have me SO hyped on the manga, now! :) I can’t wait!! It’s sad that they decided to make a shorter season and cut manga moments than give us longer/more seasons, but what can we do? :( I am DEFINITELY going to react to the OVA’s once they come out with English subtitles, so THAT is exciting! :) Ooohhhh, I am SO excited for the manga moments, too, and for these OVA’s with more of our Moriarty/Sherlock crew! I have a feeling I’ll miss them all too soon. Thanks for the kind words and comment!

The bridge scene was just GREAT and the soft voice? “Sherly?” Sherlock holding the back of his head? The end scene?! **chef’s kiss** I was right there with you all! I feel a throat-clearing is DEFINITELY needed for this episode! The SHEER romance of SherLiam in this episode — you’re right; THERE IS NO HETEROSEXUAL EXPLANATION! And I’m 100% fine with that. I’m really glad that the manga will have more to look forward too! Im’ sad they couldn’t fit it all in the anime; I feel there’s so much they could have added, by the way you all are talking, but I’m excited to see what you all have been talking about! And YES! SHERLIAM is canon and I LOVE IT! :) Thank you for the comment!

THE SHEER ROMANCE OF IT ALL.. the softness in their voices and the FLIRTING in the bar … SPARE ME please Sherliam!! You’ll definitely have a good time with the manga. What surprised me most was not the cut stories/chapters but actually the chapters that were adapted. There’s certain things that the anime decided to do that I was like ‘Oh that’s a lil convenient or that’s a lil weird’ and the manga is VERY different to what actually transpired in the anime. It kinda strange how that happened but hey 🤷‍♀️ it is what it is. It’s just the manga adaptation landscape we are in.

Okay so it's midnight and i have an early day today, but uhm i am not okay after watching this. I was fully expecting my boys not to get a good end but still... My litte heart can 't take all these emotions.

RIGHT?! I was so giddy and hyped after this episodeeeeee! I was expecting a more bittersweet ending, but for them to give us SherLiam happiness?! Bless them, haha!! <3 I love it!
