Oh, friends, I'm SO excited to start this series! This series is already looking to be so adorable and refreshing, perfect for the start of the year! 

Miyano is so precious and relatable, but this mysterious tall ginger Sasaki looks to be much more than meets the eye, and I already love the character dynamics being set up -- I have a feeling this is going to be a fun series to gush over, and I'm excited to fangirl with you all!

Hirano and Sasaki are both 2nd years Miyano is a 1st year. Both Hirano and Miyano are both on the disciplinary committee together. Sasaki is using borrowing Miyano's manga as a way to continue interacting with Miyano. I love the moment with Sasaki after the second fight and he is feeling down, then Miyano shows up and is as if the sun comes out. Sasaki trying to come to terms with his feelings with a guy. It's all sugar and fluff.

Was waiting so much for this. Definetly a breathe of fresh air between so many intense fights. Funny thing, this airs every Sunday, so basically we have an (insert adjective) ep of AOT, Demon Slayer (no explanation needed) to finish it off with Sasaki to Miyano. I saw a meme the other day, the one with the 3 dragons (2 serious and 1 goofy), yeah, perfect explanation for Sundays haha. Btw, so far episodes 2, 4 and 5 have after credit scenes :) Sasaki's style with the orange hair and his sweater reminds me of Mafuyu, so I was happy to know that Yuuma Uchida was also a voice actor Anyways, can't wait to see your next reactions. I'm not a manga reader so the story is new for me as well, I'm happy to enjoy this overdose-of-sugar together with you.

Anime Sundays have become such a stressful time. Between Demon Slayer, which is balls to the wall batshit insanity that leaves me with an adrenaline high week to week, and Attack on Titan S4 Pt2 which is… well you can guess how that’s going for my heart, soo what do I need as a cool down? I need wholesome fluffiness with preferably some actual substance on top of it. Sasaki-senpia and Mya-chan are perfect for that 💕 We are only 5 episodes in (haven’t read the manga) but this show has proven to be quite special and I know you’ll love it!

I'm actually a manga reader and I was so excited when I saw there would be an anime :) (it has honestly been a while since I read it, so I'm kind of "rediscovering" it since I only remember things as I watch the episodes haha. also, I'm pretty sure the manga is still ongoing)

I'm soooo excited to watch this!! :) And I'll probably have to check out the manga later unless they confirm a season 2! :3 I'm ready to fangirl and giggle with you all! <3

I'm glad I'm holding off on Demon Slayer -- AOT is enough insanity for right now...this show is DEFINITELY needed this spring, so I'm glad y'all voted for it, especially after Link Click. And YES -- wholesome fluff, but with SUBSTANCE! I'm only two episodes in, but I love the story already developing and Sasaki my dudddddde! :) I'm so excited for it!

This show, I feel, is NEEDED with all the intensity in my watching-schedule right now. I cannot IMAGINE watching both Demon Slayer and AOT on the same day...but at least this is there as a buffer! @.@ And thank you! I nearly missed the end credit scene in Episode 2 (but saw it luckily), so that's good to know -- I'm only on episode 2, but I'm soooo ready to see more! I hadn't thought about that with the sweater, but he does seem like Mafuyu, doesn't he? Nice! Thank you for the kind words and comment - I have a sweet tooth, so I feel this show will fit in perfectly. :)

This one is so adorable and sweet, it will give us cavities! You're in for a treat, as they throw a bunch of BL tropes around but it manages to avoid being tropey in itself. None of these characters are what you might expect from their appearances. I think Miyano must shop at Animate - the big chain that sells manga/anime stuff. He's very self-conscious of his otaku/fudanshi (understandably, in Japan it's not a good thing to be an otaku or a fudanshi) status, so he's just amazed that Sasaki is completely nonchalant about it. But then, Sasaki is a delinquent and he's not too bothered by other people's opinions of him. Oh, and Sasaki is a 2nd year and Miyano is a 1st year.

Oooohhh, I'm so ready for the cavities from the sweetness! I already feel this is subverting a lot of what I thought was going to go down with character archetypes and the plot, so that is exciting! I'm glad y'all are on board with this, too! :)

Yes, the manga currently has 7 volumes (42 chapters) in Japan, with volume 5 of the English translation coming out this spring. The print copy Volume 1 in English is VERY hard to find, The other volumes are still easily found.

Ooh, thank you!! I just looked up on B&N, and they have Volume 1 available in print, so maybe they got a new printing! That's exciting there's so much of this story! I've already done enough of a manga haul for February, but that's good to know that there's so many volumes of this series! :) I'll be curious how much gets covered this season.
