You all told me the turtle cave was happening, and here we are! It's been awhile since I've ventured back to Season 1 of the donghua, so I couldn't believe it was here already!

I couldn't decide for the thumbnail which moments I liked more: Wangji's absolute Gay Panic™ and the sweet WangXian cave scenes or the incredibly endearing "Twin Heroes" moments between WuXian and Cheng...no, the Lotus Pier burning is not going to tear my heart out and stamp on it at ALL. Nope. No siree.

- LWJ's self-discovery as a morosexual is so real in this episode. He looks so intense like he's trying to project the "Are you serious" thought right into WWX's mind. You know what would be useful here? That Lan telepathy thing you invented just for a few minutes and then promptly forgot about, show!! Also, WWX really looks like he would like an honest answer in return. And those kissing stickmen on his bed are obviously both male. Mot much for self-discovery here, haha. And that AMV we got for their song... suure, it can't be named Wangxian in the titles or anywhere but we can mouth it for all to see! Just as we got the name in the donghua after all. - Oh yes, the first glimpse of Yiling Patriarch! The turtle must have killed many people in its days beside Xue Chonghai, and Yin iron foreshadowing is heavy here. However, they told us there was four pieces, and the last one is supposed to rest with runaway Xue Yang.

Gosh these two episodes were great, but stuffs are going down and the tension is real! So Qing actually did help Wuxian that night by piercing the acupuncture needle into the dog to make it asleep. Ning came and send the medicine, but he probably couldn't use the needle as Qing did. But Qing apparently did not want Wuxian or Ning to know that she had helped because she wanted Ning to stay away from Wuxian. Ahhh complicated. Zixuan is just a tsundere. I love how we established that Zixuan is actually not a despicable character and indeed has the backbone to stand up against the wrongs. He and Cheng worked so hard to get Wuxian rescued, but he just didn't want to admit that he cared about Wuxian. I guess that's why our poor tsudere boy was acting tough and trash-talking Wuxian lol. And, OMG, the song name being WangXian. Of course the show couldn't say it out loud their shipping name in the mouth of Wangji, cuz even in the eyes of a mindless censor, there's no heterosexual explanation to it haha. But Wangji did mouthed out the name. And also because we're seeing the flashback from Wuxian's POV, and Wuxian was about to faint at that moment and didn't really catch the name then. Otherwise, Wuxian wouldn't be so oblivious to Wangji's feeling lol. Great reaction Romania, and looking forward to next week!

You bring up some good points, and a preview of the Yiling Patriarch! @.@ And I forget the last piece of iron is with Yang! Thank you for clarifying that! These episodes were so good, but SUCH FORESHADOWING. @_@ That makes a lot of sense that it was Qing with the acupuncture and she was just hiding the fact that she didn't want WWX to know she helped. She's a good actress, because even I believed her denial, haha! And yes, poor Tsundere ZiXuan -- between Cheng and him, Ling didn't have a chance personality-wise! @.@ And of course, it's WangXian! I love how they did everything in their power to tell us that...right up to just calling it that. It's great! Hahahaha! Thank you so much for the comment and kind words! Yeah, next week....*glances at next week's episodes* Heh heh, should be a fun time! *sweats*

Wangji slowly discovering his feelings for Wuxian is GOLD!! tbh, even if he remember that telepathy magic then, I don't think our baby youth Wangji would have used it (his recently discovered gay ass is too panicked and conflicted at this point, lolol)... Our devoted husband mode Wangji though (after Wuxian's return) ... might be a different story... Wink wink Also, @Romania Black thanks for another fantastic reaction!!! Hahahahaa, yeah, Wangji is just too panicked in the moment; can we blame him, though!? But yeah, these scenes make me REALLY excited to see more of Wangji once we get back to the "present" time! :) And thank you so much for the kind words!! :) :) I'm so happy to fangirl with you all with this series!!
