Oh, oh y'all. "Catch me if you can, Mr. Holmes." THE FANGIRLING.  

 I knew going into this episode it was the penultimate episode for "Season One" (even though I'm going to keep this all as Moriarty the Patriot on Patreon/YT), but I had no clue how it was going to step it up! 

Sherlock's character gets more depth, Watson gets tested (and are you okay, sir?!), and I've been wanting Moriarty and Sherlock to meet up again since Episode 7 and HERE WE ARE! Hoo buddy, setting up our midseason finale, huh?

Louis: I swear if these two don't stop flirting, there will be a murder. *five minutes later* Not what I meant. Sherliam being excited just seeing each other is so precious that it's hard to describe properly. And the way that Sherlock would genuinely be happy if Liam (finally can just use that now) WAS the mastermind makes me so happy. "Catch me if you can, Mr Holmes" is such an iconic line in this series, and I'm pretty sure everyone goes feral for it. Louis wanting to kill Sherlock with a butter knife is actually a running thing in offical art. There's one where everyone is in suits, Sherlock and Liam are toasting, and Louis is headed to stab Sherlock with a butter knife while Watson holds him back. It is my favourite. But Louis seriously needs a vacation from Liam and his pining for the detective, especially since he is canonically on par with those two interlectually, but because Liam has always taken the lead he's never really had to apply those smarts as much. And he absolutely could kill a man with a butter knife. This next episode is going to be so good, and enjoy the OP and ED for the last time. They will always be amazing, but the next OP is my preferred one music wise. Same artist though.

Seriously, protective brother Louis is just too endearing! I NEED to see that official art, now! @.@ But yeah, poor Louis....I didn't realize he's on par with Liam and Sherlock! That's interesting...still, I wouldn't mess with Louis. Nope. Ahhh, I'll savor this OP while I can! Haha, but I'm excited for the new one! And seriously, these two detectives pining after one another.... **Sigh** It's great; the last part of this episode was Fangirl City. I'm so ready for the finale of this midseason! :D :D

I caught myself grinning like a giddy school girl at the 'Catch me if you can Mr Holmes' part! I wasn't sure if I shipped them before this episode but this and the following episodes have cemented the Sherliam ship in my brain now.

"Catch me if you can, Mr. Holmes", the blatant flirting! That look from William and the way Sherlock was so excited? These 2 are too much and poor Louis, having to be the third wheel and have to watch his brother flirt! SherLiam is probably one of my favorite ships honestly. Poor Watson, Sherlock took his frustrations out on him and now he's part of a crime scene but thankfully he's not the dead body. Sherlock and William making a game out of who can solve it faster, they're like 2 excited kids!

Seriously, this episode SOLD me on the SherLiam ship, here! The energy and chemistry with them is so palpable, I feel for Louis and Watson, though! Blatant flirting and making a game out of solving the murder -- what a date! :)

omg but these two flirt so openly it's kind of funny XD the way his eyes sparkled when he saw him tho. In the manga panel of that scene, he was full-on blushing too (like even more than here), so....

Seriously!!! Sherlock's eyes sparkling -- he was so in love the last half of this episode! I cannot WAIT to see this drawn out in the manga; that's awesome! :) :) :)

Man...I felt sorry for Louis. I hate these gays, they are insuffarable. Also I forgot how mad I was at Sherlock in this episode for treating my baby Watson so bad. Thank you for this reaction, it was enjoyable. I can not wait to watch the finale with you next week :)

Watson is right, Sherlock really behaved like a little kid. I was a little angry at him for treating Watson like this. And I know he doesn't mean what he said, he was just really frustrated. It still was annoying. But Watson throwing Sherlocks train ticket in his face was funny. XD I'm not a Moriarty and Sherlock shipper but Sherlock looked like a puppy when he saw William. XD Louis can't stand Sherlock and he still has to see him and his brother flirt all the time. Poor him. Wish you a wonderful day!!

I definitely felt bad for Watson in this episode -- I love Sherlock, but this episode made me want to scold him for being so cold and taking his frustration out on our cinnamon roll doctor! At least Watson throws it right back at him! I am a hopeless SherLiam shipper, so y'all have to excuse my fangirling, but you're so right -- Sherlock is hopelessly starry-eyed around William! And Louis -- baaaa -- I FELT for him, having to be the third-wheel in all this, while worrying for his brother's safety!
