Fitzgerald became one of my favorite Guild members in the last season, but he's "rose" to one of my favorite in the series in this episode!   I love a good story of a character going from the bottom of the barrel and clawing their way back up, and our blonde boy is a true underdog story! 

I was so happy going on this journey with him and Louisa! Give this man a spinoff shopping network series, haha! This episode was WONDERFUL!

LOUISA AND POE! They are easily my favourites in this series. The shy duo. I do love that Louisa just calls (actually, probably texts since Poe has said that no one calls him) him to get him to ask Ranpo to solve the murder. Now, I don't ship Louisa and Fitzgerald, mostly because of the fourteen year age gap, but also because part of me feels like Fitzgerald might see Louisa as a stand-in for his daughter. She was the youngest in The Guild after all. But they way they interact is definantly a dynamic that is shippable. Louisa's ability is my favourite overall (that's been animated, there's one that hasn't been yet). As someone who has wanted to just have more time to myself, being able to slow down time when I'm alone sounds great. I don't know, I just always call this the Louisa Episode even though it is more about Fitzgerald. Also RanPoe, yes.

Fun facts about this episode: If you look at the facial scanning screens, the company CEO, the murdered colleague, and the framed professor were named Tom Buchannan, George Wilson, and TJ Eckleburg, characters from The Great Gatsby. It's a neat touch given the Fitzgerald centric episode

Just started watching the intro. But I wanted to tell you not to worry about them being picky and choosy. That really only applies to Atsushi’s backstory that got a lot left out. Some of which is probably because it was too graphic. This really was a space in the manga where Asagiri just decided it was time for a handful of side stories for whatever reason. And they were all included. Including the Kunikida OVA, which was one of them.

Ahhh, that makes sense! I definitely am excited to continue with the manga and see what all happens with the series that was left out of the anime! Thanks for that -- although, not sure I'm ready to see "too graphic" Atsushi abuse... :( I just want our cinnaweretiger to be happy! :3

Ooooh, I didn't realize they had that much of an age gap! @.@ Ha, I can definitely see her as a surrogate daughter, too -- it's clear he cares for Louisa, in a way only Fitzgerald can! :) And Poe and Louisa as introverted friends with Ranpo is just too cute of a concept! And YEEESSSSS, I would be in heaven with Louisa's ability! :D It's definitely one of my favorites in the show, too!

In the manga Poe calls Louisa his comrade in shyness. He couldn’t say no when she came to him for help with approaching Ranpo. They’re so cute.

Eckleberg is voiced by Hirakawa Daisuke who voiced Rei in free. This was the episode I fell in love with Fitzgerald. What is he so amazing for? I really like the scenes in this show when they sit and just talk. We got this with many different characters. It has something so beautiful. I never noticed that detail with Fitzgerald's eyes. That's really cool. Poe X Rampo is such a sweet ship. I like that they showed us how smart Louisa is and her ability is really nice. I would love to have it. Wish you a wonderful day!!

Ooohhh, that's so cool! :D Thank you for that voice actor information! And YES! I fell in love with Fitzgerald in this episode, too! :D And I'm 100% on board with the conversation scenes like we see with him and Louisa...such good character development for them both! I'm a sucker for eyes with characters, and I thought the lighting with Fitzgerald's was cool! Poe and Rampo could have a spinoff series and I would watch the crud out of it! They are too adorable on screen together! And Louisa was MVP this episode -- I could SO take advantage of that ability if I had it! Thanks for the kind words and have a great day, too!
