Oh. My. GOD. This movie was the PERFECT capstone to end the series (FOR NOW, bwahahaha)! Enjoy this two-hour quarter-final romp with our mermen! 

New character interactions! New ships?! New ANTAGONIST?! Well, he's been the antagonist all along, just hiding in plain sight...

This movie was everything I could have wanted, and I cannot articulate the absolute HYPE I have going into the last two movies, now! 

There's so much left unsaid and unresolved for the upcoming films, and I can't wait to talk to you about it here and in the upcoming livestream at the end of the month -- details to come! ^^ Free! You are my OFFICIAL comfort anime, and I love you. <3

WHY HAVE I NEVER WATCHED THIS MOVIE BEFORE?!!! It was SO great! I loved every second! I am so hyped for the last two movies ❤️❤️

RIGHT?! This movie was the perfect conclusion to the season, but also the perfect tease for those last two movies -- there's still so many unanswered questions, but I am SO EXCITED!!! Can't wait for the livestream! ^^

The movie was amazing. It makes me so haped again. Kinjou is voiced by Ono Daisuke who also voiced Erwin in AoT. The Iwatobi focus was fantastic. From the new members I think I like Shizuru the most. They're all adorable but I'm weak for him. XD Makoto and Sousuke interactions are so calm. It's wonderful. Rin patting Nagisa on the head was something I didn't knew I needed. The chaos and confusion when they all meet up together. XD I'm Kisumi when it comes to Hiyori. There is something so adorable about him sometimes. I not necessary ship them but I think they have a cute relationship, which helps Hiyori a lot. I don't think it will happen but what if we get Kisumi angst in the new movies? Like you said there never really is conflict when he's there, so I think it could be interesting to see what they would do with it. I screamed when the trailer came out and we saw Nao in the water. I hoped that it would be Natsuya and him swimming together but of course not. XD It still was a beautiful scene. NatsuNao swimming together is all I need in the next movies. I can't be fully happy if we don't get that scene before the show ends. There are so many promises they made in the show and most of them we got. It took a while but we got to see them. So I have high hopes that we will see Nao and Natsuya and Sousuke and Rin swimming together at some point. Hiyori just wanted to pat the cat in peace. XD I think I would've found it more interesting if the theorie of Kinjou being deaf was true. It would be something I haven't seen in a sports anime before. If Kinjou gets a sad story I really don't know if I still can dislike him. I want to give all the love I have to characters with sad storys that are assholes. At least in free. XD Albert isn't treated like a human being from his, I guess it was, his coach and because of that he's probably really lonely. Which makes sense why he is always so happy to see Haru or just people in general. If Rei keeps swimming in College I would be so happy and proud. It would be amazing. I can't see Nagisa being a competitive swimmer. I love how they switch the characters to their little self in some moments. I'm really excited about the plot in the movies. They build up the new characters so good in this movies. I love that 'Brave dream' has all the titles of the ending songs in it. Plottwist, all this was really just a dream. This movie was nothing but HYPE! I am so, so excited for the last two films now, and yesss, plot-wise, so much wonderful things added; definitely a dream! Oohhh, so Kinjou and Erwin share a VA? Interesting. Kinjou is just....I really want him to race Haru and get the power of Nakama slammed into him...or maybe Hiyori race him? To prove he's grown as a person and that you CAN get better while still being friends (if he was able to beat Kinjou while proving that Ikuya's friendship didn't slow him down? That would be AMAZING). But we'll just have to wait and see.... Speaking of Hiyori, I love that Kisumi has helped to bring him out of his shell -- I don't necessarily ship them either, but that flirting! So fun! So many interactions I didn't know I needed, and teases of possibilities, like with Rei, Sousuke, Nao...I just want Rin/Sousuke and Nao/Natsuya to race each other in the movies at some point...they have to be saving it for that, right? RIGHT?! And if we can get a little more Shizuru, Romio, and see what Rei and Nagisa and Gou do post-high school....that'd be greattttt..... Oh, and someone on YouTube described Albert as "Hype and Wholesome" and that's officially his nickname, now. I just want him to have friends, too. He seems like he would welcome Haru and the others as friends, whereas Kinjou wants to shove them away. But both probably need friendship more than they let on.... **sigh** it's going to be a hard wait for the movies! Thank you so much for the comment and kind words and have a great day, too!
