Hey all,

I have videos scheduled to air this week all ready to go, but wanted to let you all know I was contacted by Vimeo this morning.

I'm a little sick to my stomach -- Vimeo has reached out to me, saying the bandwidth usage has exceeded the 1% margin, which I'm so thankful for, but they want to charge me $10,000 per year to continue to use their services. I'm stunned. Need to take a breather and think on this and some alternative solutions.

I want to keep reacting and posting on here, but I may need to switch hosting sites, alternate how I react, etc. I'll be thinking on this, but in the meantime, I appreciate ALL of your support; it means so much!

Many thanks,

RB

I- I hate that they did that to you queen! I have the Patreon of course but I continue to watch on Vimeo and YouTube 🥰. Which ever route you choose I'm sure we will follow and still support you!

My goodness! I hope you don't stress out too much about this, I'm certain whatever you choose to do will work out.

sorry to hear that! take your time to sort things out, we will wait for your quality contents!

Te-Ten Thousand?! That's nuts! Oh no! I know some people use Mega, which has it's own issues and I've seen other reactors just post the discussion portion of their video and use a link to dropbox or something else. Pixeldrain is another I've seen used as well as Bitchute and WeTransfer but I'm not sure how they're set up or if they cost anything. I hope you can find a solution, your reactions are among the best I've come across!

I saw other reactors use Drive and Streamable if it helps.

Thank you! I might use a combination of the two to help with the bandwidth issue...and maybe start doing more timer-based reactions. I really appreciate the help!

You are honestly so kind! <3 :3 Thank you SO much for the kind words! I definitely think that I'll probably try out streamable and do more timer-based reactions through YouTube so that I can avoid copyright, make it one video, etc. And of course, I'll still get you all the early access on Patreon for everything. :) Hopefully that will help!

I was a bit stressed this morning, but I think it's working itself out! :) I hope it is, anyway! I'm so thankful for all your support with everything and the kind words! **hugs**

Thank you so much for the kind words -- I really can't stress how much that means to me; I am thinking up some ideas and hopefully people will be on board! :) I appreciate it!

Thank you SO much for the kind words! You all have made my day that much less stressed! :) I greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

I was FLOORED -- yeah, about $9700 to be specific, but STILL. There's no way I could afford that. I might use streamable for now and a dropbox for the manga reactions. :) At least that'll be something for the moment and I might transition to more timer-based reactions that I can just post directly to YouTube to save bandwidth too. Hopefully people will be okay with that! But I really appreciate your kind words and support! <3

I throttle vimeo for you If you do decide to go with timer stuff, it's not the end of the world. I know SOS uses streamable and that seems to work fine for them as far as I'm concerned. I know some other reactors use good old Google Drive or Mega for big storage video files. Bitchute is up there as well I'm pretty sure. So there are other alternatives. Granted I don't know if any of them will have future problems like with vimeo on how much gets posted and stored wherever so all I can say is you might have to try and find out yourself. So I guess just experiment and see what works out. I definitely don't want this to be a sign to put the brakes on everything-- not that you would but you know just making sure. Just know that you'll still have support with whatever you do!!

I don't know how I missed this comment, but thank you so much for the kind words! No need to throttle Vimeo; I decided to go between a few different outlets, so the bandwidth issue hopefully won't come up, and yes, Streamable is going to be one of them! :) And no, luckily, no breaks! Everything I'm doing now is up to date; I think in about a week or two, I can get the older shows backed up, and then there won't be an issue. :) I really appreciate the support!
