I am LOVING this season of Free! so far, and there's a lot to talk about, many characters to sort through, and this salty w(r)ench, Hiyori, huh? Hmm....I have many thoughts, and I can't wait to discuss them with you all!

By the way Natsuya's VA is...Kita from Haikyuu and Eiji from Banana Fish. So many Haikyuu connections. Man I can't wait from you to dive into this season deeper, all the connections and the angst. And fan service, especially next episode.

I don't know why, but for the life of me I thought that Natsuya was voiced by Haiji's VA, and I was so frustrated because it just didn't "sound like him"....and now I know why! I still thought this going into Episode 3, so now, I'm going to imagine that Natsuya speaking English next episode is Eiji speaking English for Banana Fish. So there. :P Such a character departure from Eiji and Kita with Natsuya, though! And yesssss, I am really liking this season so far, and I can't wait to get into the "meat" of it...I feel it's just starting. :P

Lmao @ "Salty Wrench"! I quite enjoy Hiyori's presence in this season... and the "whys" of his jerkisms are pretty compelling, to me, at least. And Natsuya and Nao are sooooo a thing. Hahahaha, I'm SO happy we'll get more into Hiyori and his "jerkisms" -- his character is pretty compelling to me already! ^^ And oh my gosh, yes, it's SO obvious they dig each other. I have a feeling I'm going to be like, "Now Kissssss!" at some point with them! Thank you so much for the kind words! I am loving this season so far!

The way Nao looked at Natsuya. If this isn't true love. They're my comfort ship. The two dudes that are at the same team as Ikuya and Hiyori. I ship them and I don't know why. XD The shootingstar scene was so beautiful. It looked so good. When Asahi said he won't move away,that was sad. This mysterious man just comes and goes out of nowhere. XD Hiyori is a complicated and missunderstood character,one of the reasons why I love him so much. Give me a character that is hated in a fandom and I will give them all the love they deserve. XD There is a really good character analysis of him,if you like to I can give you a link to it after you finished this season. It was really interesting to read. KimuRyo has a BIG voice range. I often hear it when a seiyuu I like is in a show but when it comes to him,I have times where I never thought it would be him. XD I'm so excited for next episode. Wish you a wonderful day!!

Nao and Natsuya are definitely the most blatant ship in the show and I'm here for it! I just want them to meet back upppppp! And That's hilarious about the Archerfish man and his friend -- let's ship 'em! XD The flashbacks from middleschool always have this beautiful, melancholy feel to them, eh? And that mysterious man! Yesssss...I need to know more. Hiyori has fascinated me since his first appearance and I'm sure at the end of this season, I'm going to be asking for that character analysis link! I just find his character intriguing and am curious how he's going to develop alongside Ikuya this season! And no joke about his VA -- I would NOT have recognized him at all!
