The OST gives me chills in some of the scenes adding to the emotional value of the story, especially in the scene of each of the runners coming across the finish line. Oh, Shindo sweet Shindo always so full of heart. Yeah, lousy time for the twins to finally question their ability to actually be in the "top" as Haiji said. I am pretty sure Haiji's definition of reaching for the "top" is different than theirs.

Oh my gosh, this race was sooooo beautiful -- especially at the end where it's just the OST and the runners hitting the finish line. If this is just the QUALIFIER?! Oh. My. Word. We are in for a treat with the Hakone, aren't we? And yesssss, the twins just now getting to this point is a *little* convoluted -- I mean, I get the narrative reasoning for it, but -- come on, boys! Haha! In any case, I'm excited for the next episode!!
