Laughed my ass off at the little explanation at the start of Huckleberry's need to inform you on the dangerous beast outside 🤣 The hair is definitely one of the reasons why I don't appreciate the art as much in the last parts of the manga/anime. I love Aomine stealing Kise's food. Reminds me a lot of one of his first appearances when he steals Sakurai's food 🥺 Though also reminds me that out of everyone he's the one that called Haizaki out for stealing Kuroko's food in that flashback arc 😆 I agree that I don't think Aomine would ever wear a tie. Jacket is enough of a layer to have to remove to play basketball more comfortably 😂 Kagami definitely has that big box body suited for being a yaoi top, but I wouldn't say no to any kind of dynamic for him 😏 (Maybe *that's* why I have so many ships for this series 😅) I agree that how they make the characters look distinctively younger in their Middle School days is one of my favourite aspects of the manga and anime. I wish it was more the norm to show that progression through puberty but honestly too often I only see a difference being made if the characters are shown as babies/toddlers. Glad I'm not the only one that got Bleach flashbacks with the swimsuit spread! 😅 I laughed at you saying for the fashion spread that Kagami and Kuroko look like they're going to a Nirvana concert. But your comment about Akashi looking like he's wearing Midorima's clothes did make me think of the End Cards where Takao is seen wearing one of Midorima's t-shirts (that we see him buy with Midorima, and wear, in two other End Cards). Maybe that's Midorima's type 🤭 The Kasamatsu and Okamura information we did get a brief glimpse of them eating together in the movie but there was no depth to the scene so it wasn't until I got Bright Colours that I realised this wasn't just a one-off event. I feel like this friendship/relationship firmly gives weight to the idea that just because characters haven't been seen to properly interact with one another doesn't mean that a ship can't be made from them 🤣 Yeaaah when I was doing up Jabberwocky's profiles I did have a giggle or two over Nash's birthday and Silver's "hobby" alongside the other three players names 😆 Favourite part of what the teams were up to at the start of Last Game is that Takao's job on Shuutoku is to basically help translate tsundere Midorima 🤣 It makes me think a lot of how he just kept calling Midorima out to Kuroko about attending their games and things 🥺 Also highlights how much they are a pair, do not separate! There were a lot of comments, but they were fun to translate. It definitely gives you an interesting insight into Fujimaki's thoughts, process, and opinions for each of the images. I can't remember if I included it in the translation (don't think I did) but the TFS thing you were wondering about is the Tadatoshi Fujimaki Squad. Basically it's a team Fujimaki created after being asked to make a team from the players closest to the Generation of Miracles. He chose: Kiyoshi from Seirin, Kasamatsu from Kaijou, Takao from Shuutoku, Himuro from Yousen, Mayuzumi from Rakuzan, and Momoi from Touou. Its nice being able to have the colour spreads in actual colour. I really feel bummed about official English translations including the images that are meant to be in colour in black and white instead. Looking forward to the livestream, though it will be sad to think that will be the very end of your long journey with Kuroko no Basuke 🥺

Huckleberry is concerned for ALL creatures that could possibly attack me from the outside, haha! What a weirdo. 😛 Yeah, Fujimaki’s style change is not…my favorite…still love KNB, but it’s an odd choice. Aomine is a food stealer! Foreshadowing to his connection with Haizaki? XD And that man is NEVER wearing a tie – he will have two buttons too many undone at his own wedding (and no one will complain)! Kagami is a YAOI TOP. YES. And yessss, Kagami is acceptable in all forms! ;) The Bleach vibes were DEFINITELY there in that swimsuit spread, too! I really love the age progression in the manga – maybe Fujimaki could give us the “older” version like with the coaches one of these days! Everyone’s stealing Midorima’s clothes! Hm. I guess as long as it’s a lucky item, he’s cool with it! 😛 And YES! If the KNB extras teach us anything, it’s that we can expand on the ships with so much! The Last Game information is HILARIOUS! I love it and we finally get the players’ names! Yesssss! Takao there as the translator for Midorima is so on point. Hyuuga’s like, “Am I just here for Aida to keep tabs on me?” 😛But also, Midorima and Takao are a pair! I am glad that you had fun translating! It seemed like a LOT of work, but that is cool to get to “unlock” the secrets of the page in one language into another! Ohhhhh the TFS thing makes sense now! Oohh, I love this team so much! I would LOVE to see them on a team and playing against the GOM – make a short comic, Fujimaki - DO IT! And yes, after the manga and seeing the spreads in black and white – it’s so good to see it in color! I’m so glad you got to be on the livestream! I felt so lost at times because there is SO MUCH you could have talked about with the series – it could have lasted all day! At LEAST we know in the Discord Channel that we will have more official merch and things to talk about in the future!
