If I had a nickel for every time Hosoya Yoshimasa played a role where he’s a baseballl player wanting to go pro who likes shogi I would have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it weird it happened twice. 😄 But seriously when I made the connection between Yuki Testsuya and Takahashi it really made me laugh. My head cannon is that this is Yuki in his middle days before going to Seido.
