I am so glad you liked the first episode. It's a bit of a show with a different pace, but i do think that is a nice relief to have with all the quick and flashy shows. (though you have of course also 3-gatsu going, another long show about an orphan boy XD) What i really like ind in tis episode is jsut the atmospehre in thi shsow, the colors and the sounddesign really had an impact on me. it really does feel like summer to me. And of course Natsume, we have had him for one episode but you can already see that a lot is going on his head that he sin't always sharing. Like why he chose to give the yokai back their names, etc...

Honestly, the triangular connection with Natsume - March - Madoka that I'm watching is HIGHLY entertaining, but I love how chill this series is already, even though there's a LOT going on! The atmosphere is so calming and "like summer" is such an apt description! And yes, lots of mystery with Natsume -- I'll be curious to see what we find out about this character as we go! Thanks for the comment!
