Hey everyone!

Gonna make this a quick post because I don't want to post spoilers!

I've been adding a couple quest lines in and a dream sequence into the second night. The dream sequence is designed to introduce yourself to some of the accident stuff a little earlier and obv has an important story role which might involve a couple more!

Whenever I add quests/story content I quickly find how complex everything is :D. I know I've complained about it before but making quests and games is hard and sometimes it's so nice to just focus on a new feature rather than just line by line adding in all the save points and playing it over and over again till I can get through a sequence without softlocking.

Looking at this problem I realised currently my save game files arnen't all that big so there might be some room to just add a generic save game system that will give me more control over understanding player progress. I have an issue in that it can be hard to tell how long it's been since an event. If I didn't save when that event happened.

I'm thinking of creating some internal trackers so I can gauge the games progress. Currently the save file structure is pretty simple and consists mostly of events/values true false statements ext. But the issue is this is a pretty brute force approach sometimes.

Anyway I'm getting back to work. I'm going to keep working on getting some of these quests into the game. Afer that I need to start adding NPC"s into the Town and the Mall!

Have a great week everyone!

Looks like the library quest is coming along.

To help you out why not make a task bar in the game. One for story. One for side quest, and maybe achievements. This will give players a direction on where to go and help you sort things out

I am impatient to discover the new update.

Just started supporting, and what you have so far is great! I like all the details you've put in, and can't wait to see how the characters will interact through the story.
