Great news! NerdSync is back in full force soon! (Patreon)

Hey, you wonderful patrons! Just wanted to post a quick update on new videos and my channel's status. And let's start with some great news!

So, my partner Emily recently got laid off and the past 3 weeks have been us kind of stressing about that until she could find a new job. So while I fully intended on making a chill video about Jimmy Olsen this month, we had some much more pressing matters to attend to.

But wait, I thought this was supposed to be good news? It is! Because Em just landed a new job yesterday! She starts on February 15th, and we're super excited!

And guess what else is happening on February 15th? The SuperCarlinBrothers are getting a new full time video editor! So to fill you in in case you're new, I took over as the SCB editor in about August of 2019. That's why my video production schedule has been abysmally slow. But as of next month, the guys will be hiring on a new person to take over their videos so I can get back to NerdSync full time! Amazing!

Now, my video production still might start slow because I'll be teaching and training a new person to do SCB stuff, but this is a person who already has lots of experience with editing so I'm not super worried. Still, best to not be overly optimistic and just say that I hope NerdSync has a good second half of 2021. Can't immediately get into full swing until we've got a smooth-running office. And a certain pandemic isn't helping much with that either. But we're making good progress.

So ask me any questions you might have about what this means below! We still don't fully know everything ourselves, but I might have some answers if you have questions, concerns, or ideas.
