Another new variant of industrial interior (Patreon)

The author of the last interior (2015 Unity) in November 2019 had a new version for Unreal Engine 4, but of course they are asking for money and I can not find this content in the public domain anywhere. I would be happy to port this interior as well, as it is much larger and more spacious than the old one. Maybe someone has these resources ?
