One of my favorite SHINee songs. Back when I first got into them in 2012 I would repeatedly watch the YouTube video from when they sang this on a radio show.. they were actual fetuses. Then being able to see it live in 2017 at the Dallas concert brought me to tears.

I've been to a few concerts and fan meetings here in Korea and what I've noticed is that during ballad song performances, the crowds are usually quiet because they want to properly listen and appreciate the performances (or at least that's what I'm assuming lol. It is also seems to just be a respect thing).

One of my favorite things about this performance is seeing the different ways they showcase the emotions through their body language (voices are always on point)- they are both so into it but Onew is subtle, reserved, and internal while Jonghyun uses his whole body. Describes their personalities perfectly just by watching a performance. I also really love the build of the song. The beginning is so soft but them together is explosive. Just beautiful. Agree about the editing for the screens, it was very well done.

I love this song so much and this performance was absolutely incredible. It's performances like these, that I wish there were more duets between Onew and Jonghyun. Don't get me wrong; every member in SHINee has an amazing voice and they are outstanding vocalists, but it's something about these two, together, that is indescribable. I'm a relatively new patreon and joined because I love your guys' reaction to SHINee videos so much :P If you guys' liked this duet between our two main vocalists, may I suggest another; Tragedy. This was a song that they covered on a radio station. It's not theirs, but it's one of my all time favorite covers that SHINee has done. Also loved the chorus after the bridge when they took turns singing the high tone and the low tone. First round Onew did the high, then Jonghyun did the second, and so on. I don't know if you noticed that or if my explanation makes sense but yeah, listen carefully to that part 😍

Welcome! You won't regret joining, I am also Jonghyun biased and they have some great reviews on his She Is and Poet/Artist albums, reactions to live performances of Crazy and Deja Boo, as well as SHINee content. It's a happy place here. Lol.

My fave. I love these performances. Jonghyun and Jinki really knew how to play off each other vocally in such a satisfying way. They have a few other duet performances of them covering other songs ( Because of You, Like A Man, Tragedy ) that are really great to look back on. I miss this so much. Thank you for always appreciating SHINee !
