Chapter 51 – Dark Prayers and Ancient Seals

“I can see you!” Hoteye declared as he looked straight at Cana, despite there being trees and underbrush blocking his field of view. His ‘Heaven’s Eye’ Magic made his eyes glow as it allowed him to see great distances as well as through physical objects. “Liquid Earth!” He pointed at the ground below Cana’s feet and the dirt quickly became mud and rose up to engulf Cana.

“Crash!” Cana’s glowing right hand was held up and the walls of mud gained a grid pattern before shattering completely, becoming inert dirt once again.

Hoteye grimaced slightly at his Magic being destroyed again. Had it not been for that, he’d have already won this fight! “That’s a powerful Magic you have there. But it must take an equal amount of Magic Power to cast it!”

Cana’s retort came in the form of another spell. “Booze Dragon’s Roar!” She blasted the spiraling crystal clear liquid forward at speed, straight at the Oración Seis member.

“Hmph!” Hoteye raised his hand and the ground in front of him rose up in a massive wall of mud. The alcohol blasted the mud apart, but the wall managed to hold as Hoteye kept piling more and more mud behind it. “Mud Shot!” His eyes glowed and he pointed straight at Cana’s new location. The mud wall came apart as large bullets of mud were launched from it in rapid succession.

“Tch!” Cana tsked as she ran, dodged, and jumped over roots, bushes, and the occasional mud bullet. “You’re kind of a pain.”

Hoteye laughed as he liquified the ground beneath his feet and rode the mud forward, quickly catching up to Cana. “Only the wealthy win at life, I’m afraid! Time is money! So, I’ll finish you off now!”

Cana only smirked as she activated her hidden cards. “Explosion!”

“What?!” Hoteye gaped as four cards glowed orange-red as they shot from the foliage around him. “I didn’t see them?!”

BOOM

The quadruple explosion went off and the mud splashed everywhere.

“Lovely…” Cana grimaced as she wiped off a bit of mud from her cheek and from her tummy. Her eyes narrowed as her sharp ears picked up movement within the smoke. Her right fist was surrounded in an orb of bright white Crash Magic.

“Mudslide!” Hoteye, looking rattled and rough with his hair and clothes torn up, nearly roared as he threw both of his hands forward and upset the land around him. A mudslide tore up dozens of trees and tons of underbrush as the entire are was turned into mud and muck that roared as it closed in on Cana.

“All Crush!” Cana cast the powerful spell as she threw her fist forward.

The massive mudslide burst apart into tiny droplets of mud that flew away from Cana at high-speed, splattering the fallen trees, and the muddy ground. Hoteye flew backwards, his spell having taken the brunt of the attack for him, and hit the muddy ground with a splash as he slid through the muck for several meters.

Cana wasn’t about to let the Oración Seis member get back on his feet. With a movement of both of her hands, as if beckoning something to her, more of her Magic Cards floated out from the edges of the battlefield to hover several meters in the air above Hoteye. “Thunderbolt’s Fate!” Cana cast and all of the card sparked violently before dropping a massive lightning bolt on the downed Hoteye.

“Mud Dome!” Hoteye proved why he was part of the Oración Seis as he managed to get the defensive spell to form around him before he was struck. That didn’t stop some of the electricity from passing into him through the watery mud, but it wasn’t enough to truly harm him. “I can see it! I can see you!” Hoteye declared as his Mud Dome swirled around him and changed shape. “Money is all one needs in this world! I’ll do whatever it takes to get it!” He stomped his foot on the ground, splashing mud onto himself without a care, before slamming his hands together as his Magic Power skyrocketed. “Landslide Dragon!”

The mud roiled and shot into the air, twisting and swirling around itself before forming into the shape of an Eastern Dragon. The construct let out a watery roar before charging at Cana with its massive jaws filled with fangs wide open, its entire body swirling at intense speeds as everything that had been caught up in the mud and muck was quickly shredded into nothing.

“You think you know what a dragon’s power is like?” Cana’s Magic Power exploded off her body, easily eclipsing Hoteye’s own. “Dragon Slayer Secret Art: God Brew: Illusory World Mist!”

WWWSSSSSHHHH

Hoteye only saw the massive glow of Cana’s Magic Power for an instant before the sound of rushing wind filled his ears. A massive blast of thick white mist barreled towards him faster than he could react. His Landslide Dragon fell apart, not a trace of it left. His Heaven’s Eye Magic tried to see through the white mist rushing at him, but saw only the ever-swirling white clouds. Then he was hit and everything vanished.

Where? Who? When?’ Hoteye wondered as his eyes burned fiercely, forcing him to close them.  He couldn’t feel anything other than a floating sensation. Everything seemed fine though, except his burning eyes…though now that he thought off it, his throat and nose burned something fierce. Hoteye floated in a state of confusion as even his discomfort was quickly washed away. Unbidden, memories of long ago filled his mind. His little brother, Wally, their poverty-stricken village, the year where only a single potato had grown and how they shared it with a pinch of salt and ate happily together. ‘Why did those days have to go? Why can’t I find you?’ Hoteye mumbled out, though he didn’t hear his own words, nor did he feel the tears running down his face.

“Hah~” Cana exhaled a thick mist from her mouth as she sat next to the out of it Hoteye who was talking in his fitful stupor. “That spell always gets me a little buzzed.” She chuckled lowly before her Dragon Slayer physiology finished processing the drunkenness out of her system a few seconds later.

The fact that both Cana and Hoteye were in the center of a massive cratered where a forest used to be was the only sign that remained of Cana’s Dragon Slayer Secret Art. The fallen trees at the edges of the crater were a weird mix of withered and half-melted. Their bark sloughing off and the leaves wilted and falling to the ground. Alcohol stunted plant growth and acted as a solvent to wood, the pure alcohol that Cana’s spells produced was toxic to foliage and animals alike.

Cana looked down at Hoteye again to see the tears running down his face and the blood running from his nose, a sure sign that the alcohol had damaged his sinuses. The fact that the skin all over his body was red and blotchy only further proved how much alcohol had entered his system. “That spell of yours saved your life…good job, I guess.” The Landslide Dragon had taken the brunt of her Secret Art, the colossal construct and all of its mass hadn’t been able to stop her spell, but it had done enough to leave Hoteye greatly injured and inebriated, rather than dead.

“My prayer… Brother…just one more time… I wanted to…see your face…again.” Hoteye uttered in his restless stupor, his words slurring a bit as he spoke unconsciously.

-Brain-

“No…!” Brain held his face as another line disappeared. “No, not when I’m so close!” He forced his legs to move, now surrounded by trees that were pitch black or seemed to shine white, the power of Nirvana overwhelming the plants as it continued to leak out in greater amounts from the weakening ancient seal. “Midnight… Don’t you dare let your prayer fall. If all six prayers fail…then that one will come out…”

-Mira and Lisanna-

BOOM

“This guy’s annoying.” Mira glared down at Midnight while hovering in the air with her Satan Soul.

Lisanna landed nimbly on a thick tree branch next to her. “None of your spells are hitting him.”

“But he dodges your physical attacks.” Mira said without taking her eyes off Midnight.

Lisanna nodded as they both moved when the branch she was on twisted around rapidly, becoming a spinning bludgeon, before it was ripped apart into sawdust. “His Reflector Magic doesn’t work on the human body.”

Midnight’s expression hadn’t changed much since they’d started their battle. He merely seemed amused at the struggle the Strauss sisters were putting up. “Throw any spell you like at me; my Reflector Magic will turn it away or throw it right back at you.”

Mira punched her fist into her palm. “Then what if we don’t throw Magic at you?” She tore off another huge tree branch and chucked it at Midnight like a javelin.

The branch soared through the air, only to suddenly veer off to the side and crash into the ground when it got within a meter or two of Midnight.

“Did you think my Reflector could be overcome just because you threw something big at me?” Midnight looked amused by the idea. He raised his hand and clenched his fist. “Spiral Pain!”

The ground, trees, brush, everything around Mira and Lisanna began to twist and spend around the two sisters as if they were the central point. The twisting debris made a powerful tornado around them that began to close in quickly.

“Asshole!” Mira formed a spear of Dark Magic and fired it at Midnight to break his concentration.

Midnight smirked as he tilted his head to the side and the Dark Magic exploded behind him. With a sadistic grin he closed the tornado of debris on the two sisters and reveled in their cries of pain. His laughter ended when the screams stopped abruptly not even a handful of seconds after they started. “Don’t tell me you’re already dead?” He looked displeased by that idea. “I wanted to torment you more, but I guess I’ll have to hunt down the others for that.”

The twisting caused by Reflector stopped and the debris fell to the ground.

“WHAT?!” Midnight gaped at seeing a massive wooden sphere where the Strauss sisters should be. It floated in the air under someone’s Magic, and the debris that should’ve torn Lisanna and Mirajane apart had only managed to score and gouge the surface of the wooden shell.

The wooden construct exploded into shrapnel a split-second later, large lances of sharp wood rocketed towards Midnight in a blur, forcing the Dark Mage to use his Magic to deflect the mass of objects away from himself. The entire are behind Midnight was quickly littered with the stakes, making a pseudo fence that would prevent him from retreating without using his Magic to clear a path.

A blur caught Midnight’s attention just in time for him to juke out of the way as Lisanna’s claws passed through the space his head had just been in. He wasn’t expecting Lisanna to be as swift as she was, nor as flexible as a clawed paw slammed into his stomach in a powerful kick that made him hack out a painful cough.

“Hyah!” Lisanna’s claws drew blood as they sliced across Midnight’s hastily raised left arm, cutting deep into his flesh.

“Die!” Midnight tried to twist the fur bikini that Lisanna was wearing into a deadly bind that would twist her body until her bones broke. Only for nothing to happen at all. The fur was alive and part of the Takeover form’s body.

Bam

A black and purple ball of Dark Magic slammed into Midnight and blasted him away from Lisanna. The Dark Mage bounced off the ground three times before managing to get his feet back under him and look wide-eyed at Mira as she landed next to her sister.

“That confirms it.” Mira had a savage smirk on her lips. “Your Magic doesn’t work on the human body and you can only target one space at a time to twist with it. Either you have to target an area away from you, or the area directly around you, not both.”

Lisanna blitzed forward again. “We’re a bad matchup for you!” Her cat claws burst into flames as she combined her two Magics together. “Fire Dragon’s Talons!” She swiped at Midnight, forcing the man to jerk away, only to hiss as the flames from her claws licked his cheek, leaving a stinging pain behind.

“Guagh!” Midnight’s head whipped to the side as Mira’s demonic fist slammed into his cheek. His feet left the ground and he hit the ground hard a few meters away. “You!” He raised his hand, but a tree rapidly grew out of the ground and latched onto his hand, shackling him in place. “What?!” He didn’t get to be shocked long at the weakness of his Magic being exploited again. Mira’s knees slammed into his chest, tearing his arm free of the small tree she’d grown with her Dragon Slayer Magic, as he went flying backwards. The loud snap that was heard wasn’t from the wood, but rather Midnight’s arm as it broke from the force.

“Fire Dragon’s Crushing Fang!” Lisanna’s flaring claws cut eight deep gashes into Midnight’s chest, shredding his shirt and burning it off his body in the same moment. The bleeding wounds hissed as the flames cauterized them closed.

“AAAUUUGGGHHH!!!” Midnight screamed at the pain, not used to experiencing it at all after learning his Reflector Magic so many years ago. He rolled along the ground to put out the flames, but was punted into the air by Mira’s foot with the power of her Satan Soul behind it. Midnight couldn’t even breathe, much less cry out in pain, as he rocketed into the canopy.

Lisanna transformed back into her Animal Soul: Toskr form and blurred up the side of one of the towering trees, actually getting ahead of the flying Midnight thanks to the large magical squirrel species’ abilities. “Animal Soul: Ape!” In a pattern of bright squares of light, Lisanna’s form rapidly changed into a hulking, muscular ape. With dexterous feet she grabbed onto one of the thick branches while raising her large fists above her head.

Midnight was hit with a double hammer fist from the huge ape before he even registered it being in his path. He felt and heard his bones crack as he hacked out a mouthful of blood. The strength behind the Takeover was ridiculous, feeling more like he’d just been smashed with two boulders than fists. Midnight shot back down towards the ground, only for Mira’s Satan Soul form to kick him in the back, folding him over the limb, midflight as more bones broke from the sudden and jarring stop of his momentum. If he hadn’t been in so much pain, he might’ve felt the loss of sensation from his legs.

“Vanish.” Mira’s demonic voice growled as she palmed Midnight’s head and hurled him into the ground with all of her strength.

Bam

Midnight’s broken body lay in a crater in the forest floor. He coughed out more blood as he barely managed to speak. “My prayer… was nothing more… than to simply sleep… in a nice, quiet place…”

“Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Vibrant Life: Sacred Tree Spear!” Mirajane incanted as her Magic Power rose to astounding levels. A wooden spear formed from her hand, wood twisting and winding around itself until a spear nearly glowing with vibrant green Magic was in her hand. Mira threw the spell at the downed Midnight with sharp eyes, knowing that if they gave him any chance, he’d kill someone else if they ran across him. The wooden spear pierced straight through Midnight’s body and deep into the earth in the same second.

Midnight’s dead body slowly started taking on the color of wood as a sapling began to grown through the gaping hole where his stomach used to be. The sapling grew rapidly, its roots coverings Midnight’s, now wooden, body until it could no longer be seen. The tree continued to grow, larger and larger, until it was almost as tall as the rest of the large trees in the Worth Woodsea. The branches stopped forking off and began to bud, a few seconds later and the bud opened into a vibrant display of beautiful red flowers. Lisanna and Mira watched on as the petals fell from the flowers and covered the ground, only for leaves to sprout in their place and fill the new tree’s branches with lush greenery.

“A beautiful resting place, Mira.” Lisanna said as she landed next to her sister as they both looked up at the new tree before looking at all of the flower petals scattered on the ground beneath it, covering the few roots that were visible.

Mira pulled Lisanna into a warm hug, knowing that her little sister didn’t like to kill if she could help it. “Better than that guy deserved, but I’m glad you approve.” She gently squeezed her sister a bit tighter for a moment.

Midnight of the Oración Seis was dead.

But his final resting place was at least a beautiful and peaceful spot in the sprawling Worth Woodsea.

It was the only thing that the Straus sisters could give to the Dark Mage that had done who knows how many horrible things in his life up to now.

-Brain-

Brain hit his knees as the second to last line on his face vanished. His entire body shook powerfully as he tried to keep his control as the realization sunk in. “N-Not Midnight too… That sh-shouldn’t be possible!” He forced himself back to his feet and grabbed onto whatever possible to keep moving forward as fast as he could. “Nirvana is MINE! I won’t let it be taken away from me! I will bring about the extinction of the light!”

The almost frantic man staggered and stumbled forward, uncaring of the brush that hit him in his haste. It was only after passing through an overgrown area that Brain stopped dead in his tracks.

A massive tree stood before him with an ethereal glow. Surrounding the clearly magical tree were tall spires of rock in a circle. From each stone spire a thick chain attached to the tree, piercing deep into the wood. Other chains, just as large and even greater in length escaped the tree and anchored to other trees further away, with some even piercing the ground. All of the chains and stones were covered in large growths of moss, a clear sign that they’d been here for ages, possibly even centuries. Above the magical tree were the wisps of blackness that he’d been following this whole time.

It was almost like fate.

“Hah…haha…HAHAHAHAHA!!!” Brain began to laugh almost hysterically. “You foolish Legal Mages! Despite all of your pathetic efforts to stop Oración Seis, I’ve still found Nirvana!”

With a twisted smile on his face, Brain walked forward and started examining the ancient seal that was barely holding together.

-Allied Mages ~ Former Oración Seis Base-

“Where the hell are they?!” Natsu demanded as soon as the group confirmed that the base was empty. A massive ball of flames was thrown at the cave they’d just wasted time checking.

BOOM

The stone turned molten after the explosion blew the cave apart, the water around it steaming from the heat.

Hibiki was typing on the golden display of his Archive Magic quickly when two pings were heard. Everyone turned to look at Hibiki curiously, only for the man’s face to brighten as he heard the news through Telepathy Magic. “Angel, Hoteye, and Midnight have all been defeated!”

“Huh?” Ren and Eve both blinked in shock at what their friend and teammate had just said.

“Meeen~ That is excellent news, Hibiki!” Ichiya declared, pointing finger guns at his subordinate.

Jura nodded with a small smile on his face. “That leaves only Brain left. We may be able to complete this mission without Nirvana being unsealed.” That was the best news that they’d had since they started this team up of Legal Guilds.

“I didn’t even get to fight any of them yet.” Natsu grumbled under his breath. He was happy that the mission was going well, of course, but he loved a good brawl! ‘According to that Hibiki guy, Gray already fought one of them and took them down too!’ He couldn’t let his rival take a win over him like this!

Hibiki typed a bit more into his Archive Magic. “I’ve got the locations of everyone now. But I can’t figure out where Brain is…he’s completely disappeared from my ability to find him.” He looked at three different screens in front of him for a moment. “The Magic Power spilling out from Nirvana’s weakening seal is interfering with my ability to try and search for him too. If we knew where he was, or was going, then we’d at least be able to all head there at the same time.”

“Should we just gather here with everybody first and then try and track him down as a group?” Ren asked while looking at Eve, Ichiya, Jura, and then Natsu in turn.

Eve looked unsure about that plan. “But while we’re all gathering, Brain could find Nirvana and unleash it before we find him.”

“While it will be difficult to track him with so much Magic Power filling the area, it isn’t impossible.” Jura stated firmly. “We only need a way to track Brain that doesn’t rely on Magic.” He looked at Natsu with confidence. “I’m told that Dragon Slayers have acute senses, Natsu, would you be able to track Brain down?”

Natsu nodded in confirmation. “As long as we can find a trail, I can track him down easy enough.”

“We’ve got the workings of a plan then.” Ichiya nodded as he looked at the other Mages. “Let’s decide on a meetup point for the group and start tracking Brain down. Meeeen~” He sparkled slightly as he posed like a model.

A towering black light suddenly blasted straight up into the sky over the Worth Woodsea. Every Mage looked up instantly at the spectacle as the Magic Power of Nirvana slowly filled the forest with an odd pressure. Two white streaks made wide spirals around the tower of black light a second later.

“I think we know where Brain is now.” Natsu quickly took off running in the direction of the light.

“Let’s go, men!” Ichiya took off after Natsu quickly.

“Yes, maestro!” The Tri-Men called out as they followed after him immediately.

Jura followed right behind them quickly as he kept his eyes on the black light with some concern. ‘Are we already too late?’ The worst case scenario was Oración Seis getting their hands on Nirvana. Even if only Brain remained now, the power of the Ancient Magic would do untold harm under the Dark Mage’s control.

-Gajeel, Juvia, Lucy-

“What is that?!” Lucy asked in shock as they saw the tower of black light rising above the forest.

Gajeel grunted as his red eyes narrowed at the light. “That’s where we need to be.” He took off towards the black light without a second of hesitation.

“Gajeel! Wait!” Juvia called out to him as she was helping Lucy along. “Juvia doesn’t think we should split up…”

Lucy gently unwound her arm from Juvia’s shoulders and stood on her own two feet. “It’s okay, Juvia. I’m doing better, see?” She took a few steps forward, only wobbling a little after having eaten a some more light as they’d been walking along to refill her Magic Power reserves.

Juvia took Lucy’s hand and then wrapped her arm around Lucy’s to support her again. “We’ll go together.” She smiled at her ‘sister’ and the two picked up the pace to try and keep up with Gajeel.

-Erza, Wendy, Happy, and Carla-

“Whoa…” Happy gaped at the black light that towered over the Worth Woodsea.

Carla looked stunned as well. “Wh-What is that?”

Wendy worried her lip as she looked at it. “I think that’s Nirvana…”

Erza narrowed her eyes at the powerful Magic. “We should head over there as fast as possible! There may still be time to stop it!”

“Right!” Happy agreed as his Aera wings glowed and got brighter. “Max Speed!” He and Erza blurred as they rocketed towards the black light in the distance.

“Erza! Happy!” Wendy tried to call out to them but they were already out of earshot. “Carla!”

“Foolish, both Erza and the tomcat.” Carla’s wings glowed white before she shot forward as well, carrying Wendy towards the black light.

-Lisanna and Mira-

“Well…shit.” Mira summed up her feelings on the sudden appearance of the massive tower of black light.

“Is that Nirvana?” Lisanna asked, even though she knew that Mira wouldn’t know. It was just a reflexive question, given the situation.

Mira nodded her head anyway. “I’d put money on it. We should get over there, I bet everyone is already headed towards that light.”

“Right.” Lisanna said before her body was covered in squares of light. “Animal Soul: Bird!” She spread her new wings, scattering the Magic energy before flapping twice and taking to the air, quickly soaring above the trees.

Mira flapped her demonic wings and launched herself straight up into the air past the canopy with her insane strength. She and Lisanna flew as fast as they could to reach the location of Nirvana.

-Cana-

“What in the hell?” Cana blinked as she craned her neck to look up at the black light that had suddenly sprung up from further into the forest.

“Money…” Hoteye mumbled as his eyes opened in his drunken stupor. The black tower of light filled his vision and his eyes widened in shock. The next second he was grabbing his head and screaming! “Oh! OH! OOHHH!!! Money! Money!” Hoteye wailed and thrashed around, startling Cana at his sudden activity.

Cana backed away from the thrashing man completely clueless as to what was going on. “Did the light do something to you?!”

“Money! MONEY! MOOONNNEEEYYY!!!” Hoteye wailed as he held his head, his eyes wide open as they stared at the tower of black light. “I mean, who really needs it?” His screaming vanished and his tone took a complete one-hundred-eighty turn as he smiled at Cana.

“Huh?” Cana blinked at Hoteye, now completely confused.

Hoteye stood up shakily, his body still inebriated from all of the alcohol, but he spoke mostly clearly with only a slight slur. “I’ve…been desperate to reunite with my brother after we were separated… I thought that if I had money, I could find him…” He swayed on his feet a bit. “But…I’ve realized what a mistake that is!” Hoteye declared as he staggered forward two steps.

“Uh huh…?” Cana took two steps back.

“Now I’ve decided…to forsake war as well.” Hoteye said as he held his hands out to keep his balance. “The world is filled with love!” He declared, trying to spin around, but only ending up falling down. “Oh, yesh…love!” He slurred as the alcohol in his system seemingly reasserted itself. “As long as there’s love in the world…nothing ish impossible!” Hoteye declared as he rolled over and hugged Cana’s left leg, resting his head against her shin. “Now…lesh go and…stop my former fellows… We can teach them…about love…instead…” His speech was getting worse before Cana, recognizing the look on his face, pulled her leg back.

It was none too soon either.

“BLARGGGHHH!!!” Hoteye threw up all over the ground as his body worked to try and expel the excess alcohol.

“Ugh…” Cana grimaced at the sight. “Just go to sleep…” She held up a card and a blue light glowed from it.

Hoteye, already beaten and with very little Magic Power left, couldn’t resist the Magic and rolled over onto his back, out like a light a second later.

“Okay, freaky weirdo, you just stay in here for now and we’ll figure everything else out later.” Cana tossed a blank card into the air. “Card Dimension.” Hoteye vanished, reappearing within the card which Cana swiftly tucked away into her purse. “Man…” She huffed out as she turned back to look at the black light reaching the sky. “I really wish I had Happy with me.” It was a long way towards wherever that light was coming from.

“Cana?” Natsu slid to a stop as he ran into the clearing and spotted his Mate.

“Natsu?!” Cana stared at her Mate in surprise before a bright smile covered her face. “Fancy seeing you here!” She was quickly in his arms as the two shared a kiss.

“Mmm.” Natsu rumbled lowly in his chest at reuniting with Cana. “Wait… We need to get to that light!” He pointed to the black light looming over the Worth Woodsea.

Cana nodded in agreement. “I was going to head that way myself.”

Natsu grinned at her and the two quickly dashed off just as Ichiya, the Tri-Men, and Jura caught up.

“Was that Miss Alberona?” Ichiya asked as the group tired to keep up with the Dragon Slayers.

“Yes, it was, I’d never forget a woman that beautiful!” Hibiki declared with a smile.

“Focus.” Jura said as the group ran. “We need to get to Nirvana as fast as possible.”

Ichiya agreed with a prompt nod. “He’s right, men! This is no time to admire the ladies! Onward!”

“Yes, master!” The Tri-Men changed their respectful address for Ichiya again as they sped up even more.

Ichiya soon found himself at the back of the group, his stature making it impossible for him to keep ahead of the other men. “Meeeeen~”

Woo! Cana put down Hoteye with a combination of ALL of her Magics!

She’s so versatile!

And hot! Kek!

We even got to see a Secret Art from Cana for the first time! Yeah!

Then we see Mira and Lisanna versus Midnight!

While the ‘strongest’ member of Oración Seis puts up a fight…but it’s a really bad match up for him! His Reflector Magic doesn’t work on people and both Mira and Lisanna are really good at melee!

With Mira’s experience, she and Lisanna are quick to figure out Reflector’s weaknesses and exploit them maliciously!

We also got to see a Secret Art from Mira! Holy shit! Two in one chapter?!

Mira just wanted to ensure that Midnight couldn’t hurt anyone else, and to spare Lisanna from having to make the kill. She’s a very caring big sister.

Being turned into food for a tree and becoming wood yourself is a rather terrifying way to go! No wonder it’s how a Forest Dragon Slayer kills a Dragon…if necessary.

Hoteye’s drunk ass gets tossed into a Card Dimension card by Cana right before she and Natsu reunite.

But now everybody is rushing towards Nirvana!

Will Brain be able to unseal the Ancient Magic, or will the seal break on its own? Can the leader of Oración Seis be stopped if he gets his hands on Nirvana?

Keep reading to find out!

Until I get your reviews, later!
