A little look behind the scenes just for fun.

The Problem: We've only got 20 gig of memory for the week so what's the best combination of files to upload this week?

The Constants: These files HAVE to be uploaded tonight after midnight because they're due this week.

Leftovers 2-6  Memory hit: 3.85gig

Cowboy Beebop Episodes 9 and 10  Memory hit: 3.52gig

Total: 7.37gig

The Variables: Any combination of these files are ready to be uploaded.

Cowboy Beebop Episodes 11 and 12 Memory hit: 3.17gig

Vinland Sage Episodes 3 and 4 Memory hit:  3.51gig

Vinland Sage Episodes 5 and 6  Memory hit: 3.52gig

Vinland Sage Episodes 7 and 8 Part 2 Memory hit: 1.38gig

Leftovers Episode 2-7 Memory hit: 3.91gig

Leftovers Episode 2-8 Memory hit: 3.56gig

Total: 19.05gig

Other Factors: It doesn't make sense to upload a later episode of a show before an earlier episode unless you're trying to use up the last bit of memory for a week.

Other Variables: These episodes have been recorded but not edited yet. Often, if the numbers don't add up, I could edit some more to increase my options. (Maybe a new file comes in smaller to make room for a bigger file to fit in than would otherwise be the case with the available options)

Peaky Blindeers episodes 2-1 and 2-2

Narcos Episode 10

Vinland Saga episodes 9 and 10

Leftovers Episode 2-9

So, if you were the Memory Manager, which way would you go? (My goal is to use as much of that 20 gig as possible. Its became a game to use every last drop if possible)

got no clue what i would do, but going for the 20gb seems like the best choice hate these kind of budgeting like it more if they atleast give me a yearly budged not some shitty weekly where you have to watch extremly what you do

There is also a yearly budget of one terabyte. I haven't worked out if that leaves me short in the couple weeks of the year (52 weeks times 20 gig) but yeah this weekly thing is really starting to annoy me now that I'm editing ahead.
