Just spent nearly all of my weekend playing the new Legend of Zelda game. Pretty good fun. I had trouble getting into it at first but have since gotten into the groove of the game.

I decided to do a bit of drawing today because I haven't all weekend - which is the norm, I take it easy on the weekends if I can. I have a handful of  commissions to take care of this week but I look forward to drawing some more stuff. Gotta think up some non Zelda things to draw too.

Took me a little bit to get into it as well, mostly because I had a bit of trouble getting used to the controls and because the starting area feel a bit empty without other people (sans Old Man). Once I I got my horse Kenta and started running into more people, I really started to enjoy myself. I really love being able to climb stuff, especially mountains, 'cause you can do it on nearly everything (especially the environment), which is much more than most games. It also never feels like a waste to climb high stuff, since you almost always either find stuff or you see something new to explore. Like, I climbed the little mountain behind Impa's house and found a Sheikah Sword and a chest. Speaking of Sheikah, I really love that there's a whole village of them and and one of Gerudo to interact with, since they've been excluded from most of the series and have never really had any large scale interaction. I could go on and on, but I think this is getting too long :P
