No power is best girl. You are stupid if you can't clearly see that Makima is literally just manipulating Denji for her own benefit. At least power is upfront and dumb. Rather have a crazy girl almost kill me but immediately clearly grow a connection after having a realization opposed to a girl that is crazy but the kind that manipulates the fuck out of you without you ever knowing and only giving you the bare minimum while never actually caring about what you want. At least power has actually shown some form of personality and emotional connection while makima is literally the most blank slate manipulative evil mastermind that doesn't show any form of humanity at all so far.

Also for ep 2 he didn’t say that he loses blood when he goes “chainsaw mode” he said that blood would get everywhere. Whether that be from him dicing up a devil or his own blood leaking from his body, or some combination of the 2 is up to ur interpretation.

Uh… he talks about losing blood is due to 1st episode of him getting dice and slice into Denji meatcube. And the scene where he told Majima he loses blood is in the same day when they’re on the way back. And he talks about him dicing the demons with his chainsaw will be very messy as noted during the Yakuza massacre.

i am really enjoying this anime. its different and fun and denji is hilarious. i almost wish i had heard nothing about it before watching. everyone i know gassed it up so much and so far it hasnt met that expectation for me. hopefully we are done with the intros to characters and we go straight to heat the rest of the season

Episode one had a little dumb thing too. WHOLE of Yakuza accepting the deal and turning into zombies. First of all, who wants to be a zombie? Who accepts such a deal? Secondly, everyone accepted the deal without testing first.

right? i just dont know if its a special power or if shes just a manipulative jerk. they just like to show her eyes wayyy too much for it to be not some kind of thing. :D she kinda reminds me of rachel from tower of god. though i have to say makima has more charisma then rachel did(though we'll see in season 2 of tower of god. i hear rachel is a real piece of work in the manga??(not sure if thats what the korean version is called)
