I agree at the end that she was doing the secrets threat differently than in middle school. I'd say the only reason she started trying to expel ayanokoji was because he kept helping horikita gain leadership roles while kushida was trying to figure out a way to expel her without people noticing. I'm pretty sure the moment kushida came to this school she wanted to expel horikita because she was from the same school. When ayanokoji learned kushidas true nature she blackmailed him and was fine with him but because she started seeing him as a smarter person and because he was one of the closest people to horikita kushida decided to try and expel him

Actually if they really hated her, and it sounds like they did, her old classmates could have sent the info about her past to her new school with the Internet easily, the Nurturing School is different because while there you basically get no contact with the outside world so if no one who knew was there there's no way for her old classmates to expose her.

I started readin the LN, up for Volume 8 which is probably where this season ends, and I found it super weird how Kushida always failed to recognize that Ayanokouji was clearly a massive problem

Honestly was holding out to see what happened and i can't say i feel too - much sympathy, if any. She buddied up to these people, they all liked her rather earnestly from what i saw, she vented online and they found out she all this stuff and rightfully confronted her. She then got the AUDACITY to be like . "remember all the good things i've done for you? You're ungrateful." Girl i just read how you really felt about me, what am i supposed to do lol I understand anyone's position but for me its just a huge bruh moment

This season is prolly gonna end at Vol 7.5 but you should def keep reading it only gets better! Also I agree she thinks she’s really smart I mean yes she is smarter than ppl like Horikita sometimes obviously not academic wise but in every other way but she thinks she’s smarter than koji who’s literally like 100 steps ahead of every single person in the school 💀

@Sparky, I don't think Kushida's smarter. I'd say she's more devious or more sly than Suzune. Suzune's a straightforward girl. She did and say things that comes directly to her mind. That's why she doesn't have many friends, because most people don't like straightforward person. But Suzune is learning. And with Ayanokouji's help, who's more devious and more sly than Kushida, she's going to lose this bet.

Her blackmail is also useless anyway. He could easily claim "oh, I accidentally touched the shirt when it was lying down at X test", because the "evidence" is too flimsy to actually work legally speaking. He could also just touch it at a fuckton of different places to further solidify his claim, if it's not at specific areas like the chest area of the shirt

Skebaba also the claim that he did that to her would not make any sense because she only has his fingerprints on literally one spot of the entire uniform. If she were to say that he assaulted her it would have to look like a crime plus as you said it would not be enough evidence.

I feel like you are also underestimating Kushida's power over the classroom, however. It is very much possible many in class D would side with her regardless of the evidence simply because Kushida has already gained the trust of everyone.

Oh that's wild I get that but her power only works if the person she blackmailed doesn't use logical thinking and doesn't even know her secret. Ayanokoji could literally point out the logic in that and he knows her secret so he could just reveal it. Of course then she would do the same thing she did in middle school. But let's be real getting all of the trust she has is hard to do but that makes destroying that trust easier.
