Are you guys going to watch one second from 1000 episodes after you guys get to episode 1000? Also you guys need to watch the opening when you reach 1000, it's spoiler free, but a nice commemoration for 1000 episodes.

There is something that I'm not sure if the translation captures well about the forbidden word. This is based on my JP knowledge, so I may be off from the series intended meaning. Warning: Some may consider the translation spoilerish(?). I respect that so just putting the warning upfront. lol The translation went for the "Voldemort" route by making it match the acronym "[Su]rrender your [na]me, be like a [chi]ld". However what is actually being said is "Throw away your name, throw away your wisdom" ([na] wo [su]terou, [chi]e wo [su]terou) + "Stake your life in this one blow". So what I gather is shouting "SUNACHI" would be the equivalent of shouting "KAMIKAZE". To, throw away everything and bet it in one strike, even if you may die. This explains why they forbid Momo to use that word lightly.

Just reminding you about Momo’s fruit. All we know is vegapunk tried to make his own devil fruit and called this one a failure. It’s plausible but not confirmed that the fruit is a failed copy of Kaido’s fruit. (Clearly though what vegapunk views as a failure vs Caesar is very different)

So if you're best friends for years and you find out that they never had feelings for you, you may cry. All these characters were best friends and roommates for 10 years, and Kiku was holding onto hope for them for 20 years. It's understandable to cry for one you called one of your closest friends up until less than an hour ago, let alone after having to kill them. That's tough.
