Honestly I wasn’t going to watch these reactions because I didn’t think I would like the show, But I fell in love with this show. I really enjoyed your reaction as well. Super glad that I watched this with you guys and I will not make a mistake by writing off a show without watching it again. Also shows are always better watched with the rocklee squad.

“I view them as a couple and their just not” Kinda my one big pet peeve with this series tbh. I feel like it goes through a lot of effort to be more than another slice of life romance anime, but we still end with two characters refusing to just get together lol. I’ll never understand japans willingness to do everything possible except let two characters kiss on screen.

Though I think we will get a season 2, we won’t see it for awhile. Season 1 covered nearly 40 chapters of the manga and there is only 73 chapters out, so there isn’t enough for another season. Which is a shame because I’ve read ahead and it’s so good!

i feel director on this one, already own the four volumes out but have never once in my life considered buying a blu-ray until this show. Hell, might even cop a figure. This show was fantastic

There is enough for another season. This season averaged out 3 chapters/episode but also skipped some stuff. If they were to go from 40 to current it'd make 11.3 episodes worth of content without adding anything extra but they've already shown that they have no problem expanding scenes or adding new stuff.

To be honest, the will-they-wont-they sells like hotcakes, and a lot of the time once characters get together you really kind of lose something from the story. These types of shows usually are long-running so the author obviously would rather keep that tension in the story for as long as possible. It's also far to early for Gojo to be making any moves, like she's only just become his first real friend. If this were a shorter series they'd get together sooner.

Considering I usually watch this series in bed, that post-credit scene was almost perfect "go insert yourself there"...so yea at least from my, half-asleep perspective she was speaking to the audience as much as to the husbando.
