(edit* I made this video to explain why we are not releasing a video on Friday. So i get dumbfounded when i read about releasing anyways since we recorded ahead. Aside from the fact that we don’t record too far in advance and i like keeping a buffer because people spoil the episodes. You don’t tap into your rations the moment a hurricane happens. You look at your food reserves and say “this is enough to last 5 days. This is how we’ll make it stretch without people starving lol. Since we uploaded 6 episodes this week. More than any other series, i find that reasonable. ). Anyways we plan to continue our schedule like normal but this week and next looking rough).)


Bottom line,  Erza is sick right now.  She works LOOOONG hours every week.  I'm not as cruel as a appear.  She's salary for 40 hours.  She just can't bring herself to come home when there isn't enough help for the residents (she works in a nursing home).  Ya'll can google it..People are doing LESS physical work more than ever in the US.  We have mass amount of workers quitting. Employers aren't paying enough so facilities like hers are always short on staff.  If it was me...id say Na, my shift is over...i'm going home...lol...She just doesn't...so here we are.


(Technically me too, but I Drink my Garlic Jamaican stuff and handle myself better, and i get...Rest)

Erza definitely sounds like she’s got a lot of compassion for her work and that’s admirable! I know exactly what you mean with people not wanting to work AT ALL it’s ridiculous. I work at a retirement home/nursing care facility doing laundry under the Housekeeping department. And NO ONE wants to work. We’re not too understaffed when it comes to the nurses. Just a few people understaffed surprisingly. But in the housekeeping department where they gotta go into the residents rooms no one’s about that and I’m the only one who does the laundry because aside from me my boss and like 1 other person. We don’t have anyone else to do housekeeping and I’m busy doing the laundry at night lmao. So it’s just my boss and one other person who cleans the whole building. Because we don’t have anyone else to do the laundry I told my boss to just put me in everyday and in the past 5ish months I’ve had 3 days off from me working every single night. It’s 11 pm for me rn and I happen to be at work lmao. Sorry that was long my point is I get the struggle and what she’s going through and it’s totally understandable. You guys just keep doing you! You make great content but no one wants you guys to strain yourselves making it!!

Try telling her not to burn herself out, it's not her fault if her working place can't get more workers. Some work places use people to their advantage too making them work more so they don't need to hire more. This is just speculation from my part so don't take anything I say too serious. My point is tell her to rest and maybe not always agree to do overwork.

Props to Erza man. I have a couple people in my family in the healthcare field that are overworked. Not enough people working and helping and that applies to more than just healthcare. Its rough times right now. I know its her mindset and she wants to help others but I hope she understands that in order to help others she needs to take care of herself first and foremost and working tons of hours isn’t good for yourself and you have to hit a burnout eventually. Its not right for your own well being and you have to take that into account before you think about other things. Don’t worry my guy. Its all good.

recently when my housemate had covid, I forced him to watch the last 100 episodes of one piece he needed to catch up within the 10 days he was ill for and he ended up feeling much better. so maybe the solution here is instead of releasing 6 episodes of one piece this week, you should release 60 and Erza will recover in no time. Thank me later!
