I don't think Jinx aka powder her being coddled by Vi wasn't a bad thing. Kinda the opposite i think, she was exposed at a young age to too much trauma and doesn't know how to cope on her own. She mentally broke after her "falling out " with VI

Wow Jayce, he crossed the line. Now if the city happens to be destroyed because I didn't listen to Heimerdinger, I won't even feel sorry for them. I expect Jayce and Viktor to have an argument over the morality of doing anything to achieve the ultimate goal of hextech. I expect Viktor to betray Jayce and take Hextech technology underground to develop a way to prolong his life. I wonder what Jinx will do now that Vi has been kidnapped, is her relationship with Silco still standing, or is that relationship over? We'll find out on November 20th.

I agree with all of you on the guidance heimerdinger was giving was more censorship, im just so confused why heimerdinger a genius scientists isn't helping with the study of arcane. Maybe it was because he wants to follow in the footsteps of that one guy he was honoring that raised up promising students to carry on his legacy? But at the same time heimerdinger has a very very long lifespan so that doesn't really make any sense.

Heimerdinger explained it in EP2, HE saw what magic could do, Wipe out civilizations. Another Council member, the robot one, said that the Arcane nearly wiped out his race. Another one said, this city Piltover, was founded to escape the warmongering mages. So there always has been warnings about science. Heimerdinger made sure it was remembered.

It's just because he's scared of it, but you're right, once they actively began using it he should have at least tried to assist them - if only so he could stop things from going awry, instead of benefiting from their research for years and then butting in when Viktor needs the hextech advancements the most
