There no new one piece movie coming this month only 1000 episode is coming which will definitely be movie quality animation maybe next month be a movie announcement for next year around op 25th year anniversary and you can watch all movie after dressrosa except stampede which release on 2019 it should be watched during current arc wano

40:00 So, as far as the movies go, the main ones are Strong World, Film Z, Film Gold, and Stampede. Strong World and Film Z are safe for you to watch (Strong World has a 4 episode arc as a lead-in to the movie, episodes 426-429). Film Gold takes place after Dressrossa and has a 4 episode lead-in arc (747-750) and a TV special, Heart of Gold. Stampede can be watched after the lead-in episodes 895/896. All the other movies I didn't mention are safe to watch, they just aren't that good. There's also no relation between any of the movies, so the order doesn't really matter.
