I hope this will not spoil anything, but just make you curious about the meaning of this. It will also be really complex to understand all of it.

i feel like you guys got Shizu and the other hero confused. That is definitely not Shizu's spirit that comes to the little girl. It's supposed to be Chloe's future self coming to give herself power in order to survive.

Yeah fyi 100% not shizu the clue is go back and look at the flashback with the hero and shizu before the hero took off and left shizu, also her being from the future and specifically her needing to inhabit the specific body she does with chloe is also a clue that will make sense when you see the end of the series and realize what has really been actually going on all this time that you've been watching.
