Even if the people attacking the Lycoris knows they wear schoolgirl uniforms they would have to go after all girls that goes to school since they wear the same thing so they're somehow able to know who is who someway else.

I’m confused. So if Lycoris will be arrested if they don’t have the uniform on and they used their guns does that mean that government policing agencies know that there are a bunch of teenagers in school uniforms authorized to shoot people for peace?
