Baki 2018 does have a really not great first season with its odd pacong and grandstanding but netflix baki really improves towards second half of season 1 and beyond when it stops subbing in cgi. Granted i think the fights onnthe first 2 seasons where better because they were more fights then grandiose spectacles

To be a little more detailed, limb re-attachment in this show is only about as exaggerated as everything else is. In real life, if conditions are good, you absolutely can reattach a severed limb. And even have restoration of some amount of sensation and motor control. It's usually much reduced to what it was before, but in a series where martial training and willpower let you carve tunnels with your bare hands, it's not that ridiculous to extend that sort of thing to full recovery with a reattached limb.

Crazy thing is that reattaching a hand is not medical fiction. In 2012 a man who had lost his arms went through a surgery to get new ones from an organ/body donor. I took 18 hours but after his rehabilitation he could move them like his old ones. Sometimes reality is stranger than fiction.

Actually Doppo's hand not leaking is one of the few medically accurate things in the show. If you slice a limb clean off the blood vessels will constrict to stop the flow of blood. There are actually videos of amputations where the person doesn't lose a drop of blood.
