Just to explain the business of things in this show Alejandro and Teddy are kind of the main cocaine suppliers and they supply their product to Lucia while Avi is an all around dealer that has drugs, weapons, etc that he supplies to Alejandro and Franklin. Lucia gives Alejandro/Teddy money in exchange for the product and Avi gives them weapons that they send to the Contras to support their war in exchange for money. Franklin and Lucia sell the cocaine they get for a slightly higher price to make sure they get some profit out of it.
