I’m pretty sure Fushi can only revive someone if their ghost is still around. If the person went to heaven or isn’t following Fushi around I don’t think he can bring them back

Fushi can only revive the souls following him, so March, Tonari, Gugu, The bear, Ligard and the little girl who had just died in front of him He can’t revive people who’ve already passed on, so the old king the church tried to make him revive had been dead for days so he wasnt there anymore So no fushi cant revive Parona, same with Rean, Booze man, Sandel, Uroy etc

@SausageGawd The Black One already said you can't return from being passed on, that is why when the old grandma asked to be of use to Fushi after dying, the Black One had said "I will come get you before you pass on to the other side." Makes it seem like going to the other side is a one-way street. The souls following Fushi have not passed on, so they can be revived, even the 2 souls that follow Bon said they were not ready to pass on, so when they decide to pass on, I don't think they can come back.

@Drake Rage They can, going to Paradise is when they enter their dream, like the boy in the very first episode. When he met all of his people again, that was his dream. If you refuse to stay in the dream Paradise shows you, you can come back. Maybe it's a little confusing, let me try to explain When a person dies their fye can either stay in the world or it can go into Paradise, which is "passing on" If you go into Paradise, you can come back later should you "wake up" so to speak. If you refuse to live in this dream Paradise shows you, then you can come back as a ghost. The problem with it is, that Paradise is exactly that, paradise. It is very alluring and it shows you your best life, it promises you heaven. Because of this, many people either decide not to come back, or don't realize they are in Paradise. Those who refuse the gift and accept the harsh reality are able to come back. Source: Manga reader, although this is shown in the anime as well

Oh so I don't think he can revive those guys then. They specificed how those ghosts with bon had "unfinished buisness" while those three specifically said they didn't have regrets. So I think they went straight to heaven and therefore cannot be revived

it is also worth noting that the opposite can happen as well. A person who denied Paradise can still go to Paradise when they want to.
