The panda definitely have eyes since he was able to pick out bunny porn for Legosi. The show probably wanted to highlight the black patches around pandas' eyes by making them blend together with their eyes.

VA for Juno was also Vivy in Fluorite Eye's Song and Mjurran in Slime. Oh, and she's also Anya in Spy x Family. Also, Gouhin's VA was Rider (Iskander) in Fate/Zero.

Roshi the panda's eyes look like that because irl panda's eyes are hard to see because of how they blend in with the black patches. it's like a more stylized approach basically like he's wearing detective shades so you can't see his expressions

The reason why legosi commented on aobas beak is because they are just like legosi's claws and teeth. He has a giant tool for killing and tearing flesh apart that teels everyone around him "I am a fearfull predator". So both have strongly visible killing tools and are painfully reminded of what the struggles of living with that appearance are every single day. Legosi is just glad that he isn't alone and there are other with similar struggles that also feels the same way about beeing a carnivore.

Yeah, AkiOtsu is pretty versatile. He can do the intimidating loud conquerer voice, he can do the calm and collected chill dude voice, he can do the "evil" spirit best friend voice (RIP Dimple), he can do the badass who watches over the black market voice. Also he was Jin's uncle in Ghost of Tsushima.
