Fun Fact : the Mangaka reached out to a band to ask for permission to call his manga the same name as one of their songs: Call of the Night Ironically the same song is now the outro

I think Nazuna was actually keeping an eye on Ko as he was looking for her cause the transceiver has a range of 150 meters so she was probably making sure to stay in that range to wait for his apology.

Most vampire stories are like that real tallk, the age gap is inevitable ig. And I thought like you too while reading, but as the story goes on you realize this aint really about romance as it is learning about the vampire world and the boy improving his lifestyle Minor spoilers: I remember being 100+ chapters and the most physical thing they do was still a kiss lmao. Trust me, i dont rock with much weird shit in anime so if it got too much i wouldve dropped

it rly isnt that big of an issue cuz its just fiction in the end...plus the concept of vampires or immortal beings in romance can't be determined by logic since they don't exist. You can argue that "oh at least wait for the kid to be of legal age" but 1. vampires have no obligations to follow human laws OR morals 2. just because a person is over the age of 19 (legal age in US) it dont make them an adult mentally. A kid at 14 can be just as mature as a 20 year old. Of course, in the end, this is fiction. But too many people bring up this kind of stuff, even when its consensual, and somehow determine that this is more serious than gore. Like we have the most violent things in TV shows such like Berserk, Game of Thrones, The Boys and the most complaints somehow are towards this stuff. Nobody ever complains about how violent a show is but always this kind of thing gets controversy like Mushouku Tensei.

The mangaka just could’ve said Nazuna is about same age as Ko and i think that would be believable. Her personality and appearance are young, to me she doesn’t seem like an adult.

My big problem isn't her age. Stories like this can be served just as well if the mc was 18-22. College student irritated with the rigamarole of day to day life sneaks out at night, dropping out of school to try and become a vampire. It's a different culture and these stories tend to be told to younger audiences but it just doesn't feel that hard to do.
