Y'all, this is one of my favorite anime series's. that being said You're going to want to skip the 'Toothbrush scene'. It is literally one that prevents me from recklessly recommending the show to folks.

Little things like that ticket scene is what makes this series so great imo. All that character development and their interactions with each other just puts stupid smile on my face.

Why is the tooth brush scene bad? I mean I never watched monagatari but i seen that scene and that shit was actualy pretty funny. Yeah, it's weird but it is so ridicilous that I can't see why anyone would even feel offended or uncomfortable by it. Like you can't take that moment serious.

@angelo Like, the WHOLE POINT of the toothbrush scene is Araragi doesnt want karen to hang out with the literal biggest pervert he knows, so his mental path is "Ima maker her feel insanely uncomfortable as a benchmark of what to expect before i even let them meet". It was VERY MUCH supposed to be uncomfortable. The joke is that neither of them felt all that uncomfortable and just rolled with it.
