I can't really blame anyone for how they acted in this situation. Kitamaru had the courage to confess his feelings despite Kanou leaving him, Kanou didn't want to reciprocate his feelings cause he wants him to live life without any constraints, and Taiga just wanted to protect someone she cares about even though she was kind of wilding.

This may sound bad but I definitely blame Kitamura for how dramatic this turned out. He should’ve just confessed to her directly before all this election business started instead of making all these scenes to get her attention. It really put stress on his family and friends at the end of the day because they wanted to help but he wouldn’t speak up

--POSSIBLE SPOILER-- -DONT READ FURTHER.- Minorin always held back as she thought Taiga and Ryuuji had something. So she felt "Guilty" about it all as she had a thing for Ryuuji/Knew Ryuuji had a thing for her. When she saw the picture of Taiga and Kitamura in the wallet of Taiga it was proof Taiga had a thing for Kitamura and not Ryuuji which Minorin thought. Which is why Ami asks if her guilt is gone now.

I know they don't really do manga reading streams anymore, but I'd love for Roshi to do a read through of the Ajin manga. It's legit one of the best complete stories out there. The anime pulls a FMA where the source material wasn't finished so things go a bit off from the intended delivery in the second season.

@derick she feels guilty because she's into Ryuuji as well, and she thinks Ryuuji and Taiga are into each other. Looking at that picture shows that Taiga's interest is in Kitamura, so Minori doesn't have to feel guilty in pursuing Ryuuji.

I love the after-credits scene in this ep, I hope you saw it. It shows Kanou in America, receiving the "apology" letter that Taiga was required to write to her. The only thing it contained was the word "idiot" written huge on the paper, and Kanou just cracks up laughing.

Actually Ami was protecting Taiga because she knew what the picture was that was underneath. That's why there's a dialogue cut off which said "Underneath-". It's all explained later in the show anyway.

I've always liked the show but this episode, Culture Festival Pt. 3 and all the episodes after this episode are the best of the entire series. Just wow.
