Nah, he was called "The Kennel Master" way before he freed the beast kids from the cages. It was in reference to Ruijerd being his guard dog and him basically being the leader of their group.

Also to clear up Roshi's confusion, the entire episode with Roxy was a flashback episode. It takes place between Rudy and co. going to Roxy's home and the episode where Rudy got the Demon Eye. Because if you remember, Roxy was behind a rock watching Rudy and Ruijerd and Eris training. In the episode that was dedicated to her, she hadn't seen rudy yet, but she was in the same town as he was at the exact same time he got the demon eye, she just didn't reveal herself to him. It's the episode where they ALMOST crossed paths but just barely passed eachother.

roxys episode takes place after she saw ruijerd/eris behind the rock, thats why she was terrified of 'dead end' since she already saw ruijerd, essentially these past two episodes have been happening at roughly the same time

Nah, it happened before, because she was still behind the rock when Rudy was there. That's when Ruijerd noticed her. Plus it literally showed Rudy and Roxy almost crossing paths and established the lady rudy heard having sex was Roxy's traveling companion. Roxy was terrified of Ruijerd because of his reputation and because she knows he's a sperd. Why would she be afraid of Ruijerd when she literally saw him with rudy. Also, further proof that it's a flashback is how surprised she was when her parents mentioned Rudy. She didn't know he was on the demon continent. Why would she have been so surprised if she had already seen him in the city? Exactly. She wouldnt. All proof that that was a flashback episode.

no it 100 percent happened after. if she knew dead end was rudeus's party why didnt she go up and introduce herself as his master and ask where he was. that series of events only makes sense if she doesnt yet know. also she never saw rudy. that was the point they almost ran into each other but if she had seen rudy she would have talked to him. the sex scene just implies that it was a frequent thing for her to fuck in their room. notice how roxy's reaction is different last episode than it was before.

In case you're wondering why Rudy is so chill despite his situation...... look no further than this entire cour. XD Actually the whole season. He's actually been captured and trapped many times.... too many. He's very used to it, apparently not enough to be more cautious and keep his guard up.

You're forgetting she's in an established kingdom which had Paul's messages in every adventurer's guild stating his location and party name. Rudy never got the chance to learn where to send the letter even if he did think of it.

It could be a set up from the man-god considering the only person Redeus would know in the castle is Roxy, the man god could’ve purposely told the truth about Aisha and Lilia being there but then telling Redeus to send the letter so he can get trapped. Then again if Redeus wasn’t pondering what the Man-God’s advice he would’ve seen Aisha right in front of him when he left the inn

Rudy was two continents away and he was on the demon continent. There's a lot of racism between humans and demons ever since the Laplace wars and the Millis continent is home to the Millis religion which promotes anti demon culture (that's part of why Geese didn't want to follow Rudy in town, he was taking the back alleys to avoid guards and priests). long story short a letter from Rudy would have NEVER reached Paul and i remind you that once Rudy arrived on the Millis continent, he did think of sending a letter to Paul.

All the slight deviations between the versions actually keeps it genuinely fresh. Some aspects I've liked better in the show, and some aspects I preferred reading in the manga or LN. Definitely makes it easy to look forward to the show every week to not be 100% sure how things are gonna happen, even knowing the major storylines.

This isn't a spoiler because we're already past it in this episode (unless it somehow happens next episode) but Rudy actually had them on standby and the "man-god" already knew that Rudy would tell them to go with him because of the scene at the inn when he was about to leave, he asked them to come with him to show them his master but secretly just incase. The "man-god" hasn't done anything to do anything bad to rudy and actually benefited him more.

On top of everything everyones said almost a year ago. It's not like the eye gives him 360 degrees of vision, he was looking up at the prince, he may have seen the guy pulling but not the floor beneath him disappearing, etc.
