Next season better be the best fucking season of MHA because of the upcoming arc and they better adapt it right. You have big shoes to fill studio bones. But overall this season has been a decent 6-7/10. Compared to the others that I give at least an 8 or higher this would have been the same if they didn't cut out so much from MVA.

sad part is the director for the first 3 seasons is still the chief director, meaning hes still in charge of the director rn and has the overall final decision on everything

I think the original MHA director has been constantly placed on doing the movies. So we got trash directors messing everything up. I could be wrong but that is what I heard. The original director for MHA was the best it has ever been. That person knew what they were doing.

Meh. I heard some people had problems with it but he has had plenty of story time and development since the beginning and the arc beforehand was the endeavor agency so he got plenty of his family drama time. I was looking more at the inevitable deku vs shigaraki fight that had to happen no matter what. You don't even gotta read the manga to know that they will be clashing at some point. That was what I mainly cared about. But we also had a bunch of other cool shit.

I thought he had priority with handling the movies? If he is chief director maybe he had to focus more on the movies and less on the series? Either way they don't have proper excuses after they produced season 1-3

That little montage introducing the characters got old really fking fast, why they feel the need to do this everytime i don't get it. As always MHA has some fantastic episodes and some really bad ones.

With a few exceptions, it doesn't seem like MHA has a particularly high animation budget. I hope to be pleasantly surprised, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

With the movie and covid taking a toll on the production I say the season was well also MVA arc was one of the most dropped off arcs in the manga in Japan I think due to the way the Japanese people's view on how people should act with society it's so different compare to ours so the production may have not put as much effort because they knew Japanese audience wasn't going to watch

This season hasn’t been perfect whatsoever. I definitely have my critiques, one of them being the arc switch, but over all it was really enjoyable and fun! I give it a solid 7/10. And I’m really hype for S6!

Its only some manga readers with how the Japanese censor boards are I'm surprised they got away with the Tomura origin episode people gotta understand this show airs in a prime slot and censors usually don't let you get away with that my only gripe is they shoulda probably shortened Class A vs B down and given MVA an extra episode or 2 other than that I thought this season was an alright calm before the storm season

Mic replied immediately "On everything, I'm pulling up like I'm auditioning for the Voice! Karaoke live and uncut; basically foldin niggas vocally." Lol not a direct quote but my favorite of the ep, outside of the Terminator references.

Stop saying things are a spoiler. It's redundant to call something a spoiler because they showed events in a different order when you were unaware of it to begin with ( this only goes for anime only people ). There are various other movies that show events out of order or backwards ( example: Kill Bill and Bacanno ) so it's pretty unfair of you to say the decision was stupid. If anything Roshi spoiled it for you guys by even mentioning the events were out of order to begin with. If he had kept that to himself, the other two wouldn't have any clue about it and thus wouldn't say it was a "spoiler."
