I think Rimuru wasn't able to see through Milim's act because like the rest of us he thought that Clayman was going to be a problem the way that he was being built up but he was a clown that thought he was strong.

The Voice that spoke to Clayman was the 'Words of the World' which everyone can hear and it informs people when they acquire skills. Great Sage/Raphael sounds exactly like it because when Rimuru was alone in the cave, he wished to have someone to talk to, so his great sage ability acquired the power of speech by using the Words of the world as a reference (the only other voice it was aware of at the time)

Clayman was definitely stupid, but when I saw his flashback, I felt a little sorry for him. His voice sounded very sad. I want to know more about his back story. In the fairy tale of the dragon princess in episode 32 (season 2 episode 8), there were people who seemed to be Guy and Ramiris.

no, rimuru's skill great sage/raphael copied the voice of the "words/voice of the world" which is why they sound the exact same. the real version which doesn't belong to anyone simply announces when notable events happen in the world like evolutions etc

A few things i wanted to add here that people miss. That tetsuzanko move that veldora did is Yun's shoulder charge from SF 3rd strike and SF4 AE. Baretta's plan to find a loophole into guy's rules shows just how little the demons from the black family care about anyone else but what they want to do, normally finding a loophole to a higher level demon like guy's rule is a death sentence but baretta didnt care in the slightest. Also the demon lord Kazalim has been revealed, it was the elf chick with yuki when the clown got hit by that vampire and people thought he was dead. Also the manga veldora was reading is an absolutely real one called sazan eyes that came out in the 90's lol

So if no one had explained it yet, a couple of things got skipped over in the anime that the LN expanded on: Milim had to take down all her barriers to keep the pendant from being dispelled, and then had to keep from passively resisting it so it could look like it was working on her since Clayman is so cautious. The other part was that, the reason Milim was having the blank expression was because she trained herself to eat bell peppers(which she hates) to keep herself from reacting to Clayman’s wildness

THIS INFORMATION IS STUFF THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN REVEALED. btw about the demons they have their own ranks. I believe the order of is Lesser demon, demon, greater demon, archdemon, demon duke, and primordial demons. It was mentioned that Guy is Primordial Red and Diablo is Primordial Black, although right now diablo is at the demon duke rank same as guys two maids. Berretta was a greater demon so not nearly as powerful as diablo or Guy or his maids.

I'm a little sad that they changed the manga thing with Veldora. In the Manga the reason Veldora showed up is because Rimuru played a prank on him by switching the cover of the manga to something else and then forgot he did that. Veldora was upset because he wanted to read the next volume (even though he enjoyed the random manga Rimuru replaced it with (Was still 3x3 eyes but also Cells at Work)). Not sure if that was the same in the Light Novel.

To better explain why Shion was able to resist Clayman's mind control, it wasn't out of sheer strength. It was because her and every Tempest citizen that revived was given the skill "perfect memory" and a form of regeneration. Basically their minds are stored in their souls rather than in their brains, which means that they can infinitely regenerate and get back up unless damage is dealt directly to their soul or astral body. So because Clayman's attack had no effect on Shion's soul, it did jack squat against her. Along with her "master chef" skill allowing to her bypass pretty much any defense and her berserker style of fighting, Shion is an extremely dangerous opponent unless you have attacks that can target the soul or an ultimate skill that can override her ability to rewrite the fundamental laws.

I'm wondering if Clayman hasn't played himself with this transformation. We saw Rimuru get forced into the harvest festival immediately after awakening which caused him to lose consciousness for 3 days. If he didn't have Ranga and Diablo than Razen might have been able to kill him while he was defenseless. Even Great Sage couldn't stop it, she was just able to run his body while he was out. I'm wondering if Clayman is going to start the fight thinking he is hot shit, and then lose consciousness (since he has no allies to help him) and Rimuru will just eat him.

This reaction can be used against sheera when people say that she acts like a child who wants all the credit when predicting something. She be predicting things and when they are right she makes it known and when she is wrong she plays it off and says nothing and when she says something insanely off and ridiculous the other two clap her and set her straight. She ain't afraid to take the credit when she is right tho. Even if 90% of what she gets right is easily predictable to begin with.

No, the only TRUE demon lords at the banquet at the moment are Guy, Milim, Rimuru, Valentine and Dino. The other demon lords at the banquet are Demon Lords by titel such as Carrion, Leon, Ramiris and Frey.

it's not that clayman is weak persay (he's the weakest demon lord, but he's still a demon lord seed, stronger then the Orc disaster). Benimaru and Shion really powered up after the harvest festival, making them on par with demon lord seeds and the strongest of Rimuru's underlings (Diablo not included). if it was anyone else in the rimuru camp, Clayman would have probably beat them
