In the case of Sukuna's fingers, because the curse is too strong they physically can't destroy it and it's still dangerous as an object cause it attracts curses. The other special grade objects can't be destroyed either but they don't cause any problems when they're objects.

Lupa was right, The fingers were a pact sukkuna made in order to keep existing. He can't interact or hurt anyone as the fingers so he cannot be destroyed. which is why Gojo can't destroy the fingers. But Sukkuna is just so strong that the energy coming off the fingers attracts other curses that do the damage.

They care about *Megumi* because he was born with a very strong inherited technique but we've already been shown several times that the three families only care about individual members with talent and not family units. Just look at Kamo's mom. Someone who maybe isn't even a sorcerer who definitely can't sorcel would never be a concern for them.

Just wanted to say that the curse of the bridge and the curse on fushiguros sister is not related. They were saying that she is cursed and bedridden, so if the bridge curse starts acting up like it did with the other victims and the door being unlocked sign and shit, fushiguros sister wouldn't be able to ask for help from anyone since she is essentially in a coma from another curse. So it's a race against the clock since they know she has MAYBE 1 week to live but they don't know when the curse mark will activate.
