The wanderers thing was just a story, I think it was just plot convenience for kirito. Also most of the people there are descendants of real people, meaning only the first few generations were actually copies of members in their staff.

Going by @devin math, 24 hours is 14yrs, so you get 24hrs ÷ 14yrs = roughly 1.7 which is the rate you multiply the underworld time to get the outside time. So for 2 years inside it would have been 2yrs × 1.7 which is close to 3.5 hours passed outside.

@yaboyroshi btw the 2 years in The game is like 10 hours irl or something close to that because if you remember they said 3 weeks was 300 years so 1 week is 100 years 1 day irl is about 14 years in the game if we go by them saying 3 weeks is 300 years

Theres lots of people stronger than kirito at this point. He has no skills from SAO, he has no benefit of dive time, he's not even in a game essentially. All he has are sword skills and he has to learn an entire new worlds rules. Though, he does still carry the knowledge/wisdom from his experiences prior to underworld. That man basically grew up twice lol

Not sure how it does work but according to math and available knowledge 3 weeks is 21 days 300 years divided by 21 days(3weeks) is 14.28 years per day... 14.28 years divided by 24 hours(1day) is about 12 or 14 hours for 2 years ? Which in terms of possibly I don’t think it is humanly possible with available technology irl
