So idk if this is coincidence but I just noticed that episode 18 of season 1 was when Suzaku got the command to live. Kinda crazy how this came full circle to bite Lelouch right in his asshole. Like right inside of it.

suzaku could have forseen this, maybe not put a bomb on your back and enter combat when you know someone cursed you to whatever you can if your life is threatend, especially if youre fighting somewhere you do not want to blow up... dumb as fuck

Angelo Marchantt

First time getting something they literally take the time to explain??? How could anyone think that rolo stops time. There's a whole episode and more dedicated to explain how rolo's geass work lmao

clement

shirley's dad died on episode 13 season 1...shirley died on episode 13 season 2....there is no coincidence, all according to keikaku - light yagami, probably

kai

the flejia is one weapon you dont want to mess with

Kurumi

damn we really got like a month left of this masterpiece

Sterrific

Rolo's geass doesn't stop time, it just freezes people in place unaware that time has passed. Thats why Lelouch could tell Rolo "stopped time" because the clock skipped time from his perspective.

BeesKnees

Yeah the moment the fleija got fired it was GG. Rolo can't "pause" or stop the fleija with his geass.

saintvenom

It’s still so much left. Fuckery continues!

Darien Daugherty

I don't think he would have had Jeremiah cancel Suzaku's geass because he was using Guilford throughout the fight and we already saw how big the range of the cancel is.

Gabby Boakye-yiadom

Nina Einstein is the most idiotic scientist in history. To create a literal nuke but not understand the real consequences of using such a weapon is the height of stupidity.

Hakurei Oni

Yo, there is still so much crazy shit that's gonna go down. This is just the beginning, I can't wait to see you guys react to it lol

Malcolm Washingon

Suzaku woulda died before firing that weapon, but Lelouch's Geass forced him too. That means that Lelouch's quest for vengeance has accidentally killed Euphy and Nunnally. Cuz Vengeance quests almost never works out how you want it. Also Lelouch been a hypocritical murderous lying lil shit for a long time now and I honestly believe he deserved this.

Danny

the tokyo settlement got cooked by the nuke.

Can we talk about that chairbox they've been keeping Kallen for the last four months? They go out of their way to give her a nice dress and a fancy-ass chair, but no bed or toilet. Have they even let her out of that thing once?

mitch anderson

I believe the whole point of the episode was to fully cement into Lelouch's mind that Geass is not a power for saving, it's a power of chaos and destruction.

Misato-San!

At first I did not catch the Nina at the start of your comment lol

Baren Nerab

Bruh the faces of everyone after this episode man

Desto Samuels

Glad y'all been fucking with this show so heavy. One of my favs

Alexander Szabo

Sheera kept saying that Rolo could have saved Nunnally, but he couldn’t. Rolo’s Geass is not stopping time, but rather stopping time for other people in the area of effect.

Jose silva

awesome cant wait for the next one, also you guys should react to the last 2 episodes together it be so much better for the finally.

Chimpman

That wording could still confuse people. It stops people's perception of time. IT essentially pauses their minds and not actual time.

Vincent Steele

Yea its gets easier to understand when you realize that geass powers basically only affect the mind

Alexander Szabo

That’s a good way to think about it. Watched Code Geass multiple times, but first time getting this. Thanks man.

Elyver Dela Merced

Nah sure it can confuse some people. but its obvious if you connect the dots that geass powers only affect the minds of people. Controlling people, reading peoples mind, and making people forget. its easy to assume that Rolo just shuts down people brain for a moment.

Gundam seed next anyone ???

A1_MiLFshAkE

That's actually crazy she created a weapon of mass destruction but was naïve in thinking taking lives is easy . That realization next episode gone hit her :(

nobifromdaPark

I'd say Gundam 00 because there are SO many similarities between it and Code Geass. Not to mention that they both came out by the same time and were produced by the same studio too lol

Reign

it only escalates from here bwahahaha

razgrizraven

She did it out of her hatred for an entire race and the devotion to a princess that IRONICALLY cared about said race.

Ranginald Vagel

JESUS CHRIST Welp Time for Zero to end the world And Rolo was in a Sutherland so he could gtfo I'm hoping Sayoko was somehow able to get Nunally out of there without Rolo knowing

Jonathan

Messed up thing is that the bomb Nina developed was what she was going to try and detonate at the school when she hopped in the Knightmare but it failed, that was the prototype and thats what made Schniezel bring her on to the research team. Imagine if she had popped that at the school? Forget it.

billy

pretty sure this relates a bit to the story of oppenheimer, the inventor of the nuke bombs.

Scott Riley Adrueno

All of that came from a table-humping loser. Haha

mackpinstripe

Lloyd:sees guren mk II Lloyd: it's free real estate

Kio 316

calling someone a monkey isn't racist unless we perceived it to be in our mind which isn't true at all.

Ace The FireDragon

Technically Suzaku lost only Euphy. But Lelouch lost his mom, Euphy (he also liked her), Shirley and now Nunnally.

akuma06

From season 1 episode 1 Monkey has been a racist insult targeted to the Japanese people.

Jdogzero Silverblade

monkey has always been used as an insult meaning stupid or inferior to humans. referring to the whole humans evolved from apes thing. its a species insult not a racist insult.
