Eh, I think the boss is just a paranoid scumbag. I think under normal circumstances involving decent people, a father who didn't know he was a father hearing he has a daughter would probably be shocked and thrilled.

I believe she went at it with the assumption that the father was a stranger to the kid, a mom can't logically be a stranger to the kid they themselves gave birth to. However, I think she kind of didn't think about moms who either give up a kid up for adoption, are only a surrogate for another family, or the ones who leave their family very, very early on. Because those are all able to distance themselves from the kid a lot. However distancing themselves, and/or not wanting a kid who you'd never had a connection to are different than being a psychopath like the boss is lmao.

Statistically, mothers actually kill young children below the age of 8 more often than fathers do (not counting abortions). Fathers tend to kill children above 8 more often. Either way, mothers aren't any holier than fathers and they both do the worst of things against their children.

I was so confused this episode because of Sheera mumbling again and saying random things like knowing that Bruno lived with his Dad and that he was a scumbag and stuff.... then it hit me that she is thinking of Giorno's backstory... smh and you say you remember faces but not names Sheera, LOL. Giorno looks nothing like Bruno.
